Baking powder is how many grandmother made fry bakes...always came out fluffy. Again, many people make fry bakes slightly different...for me...as long as it taste good.lol

My bakes come out the exact same way, now my codfish similar but with a few variables. That’s just the culture of Trinidad we know how to flip ingredients and food still look and taste good.✨✨😎

Great recipe, I use baking powder myself, not yeast. You should put the date on the cover or container of the baking power when you first open it. It's a good guide as to how long you've had it.

1) you can but you would need to store it in the fridge if leaving it over night, because if left over night it will collapse on its self for best results it would better to make it when you ready to use it 2)yes you can
