It oxidized badly for me, at least the neutrals do. Ordered 2c to see if the cool shades do the same. It will be here today, so I'll let ya know. I had to go to 1.5n to get it to 2n. For now, I'm doing the 1.5n around my face frame, and 2n inside my face.
Yeah I found that when I tried another sample the other day, 1.5N it to dark for me but I have seen swatches where 1N looks orange and I think ON would be too light, I’m curious if the cool shades would be too pink as I’m more neutral. but I really want to try the Dior backstage foundation 😫
I just purchased the matte version after trying samples of both. The glow looked horrible on my mature dry skin
Your review make me confuse now. Because I plan to buy dior forever skin glow. I'm using Double Wear Stay In Place is to dry in my face and cracking. So i should buy what's founddation....
Who is going to actually wear make for 10 hours. How long do you want it to last. Im ok if it lasts 2-3 hours
Have you tried the matte version with primer and setting spray, to see if it increases the wear time? I have combo skin, and can't get any foundation to last without primer, setting powder, setting spray, and then blotting/re-powdering every few hours.
Yes I did use too faced primer, Laura mercier setting powder and urban decay all nighter setting spray, I always use the same products when testing to make it a fair test.
Best foundation for oily skin is Estée Lauder doublewear, they used to do a lighter version but I think it’s been Reformulated & renamed and I haven’t tried that yet.
Combo skin- Charlotte tilbury airbrush flawless foundation or Laura mercier flawless fusion are both really good. Last well but aren’t drying like Estée Lauder so work great on combo
