Honestly, Stewie getting caught does not surprise me. The main reason why a lot of murderers get caught is because they themselves are human. They forget that they were recorded in plotting and/or executing the crime. They don't consider how well-known their previous history might be. They act nonchalant about the death of a family member, friend, or significant other. Brandishing a weapon comes too naturally for them, and they do it without thinking. They do not consider the witnesses or the victim's connections. They brag about what they did without thinking about it. There is really a lot that goes into it.
The bragging part especially, I used to be friends with people who always kept saying my body would never be found if called out on their nonsense. Only problem with their incredibly solid scheme to avoid accountability was the wife's default emotion is anger, and she's the I know I'm wrong, but I'm still going to do this to hurt you because you crossed me type. She'd pin it all on him within an hour of their next fight.
In Stewie's case, it's actually pretty clean cut why he got caught: Ego. The man just had to brag to Brain, likely because, on some level, it's a form of validation. Brain did claim him to be "all bark, no bite", after all. Surprising he held off bragging about it for a full year, honestly.
Intellect doesn’t equal maturity. That’s one thing Seth got right. Stewie isn’t wise beyond his years. He doesn’t have the life experience to connect the dots. He is lacking data.
Fun fact, in the Wizard of Os book, the ending was that Dorothy did go to Oz got back using the slippers (for some reason the slippers made a tornado that brought her back l) and she basically lost her slippers when she got back home to Kansas.
2:17 - 2:36 I think it's because Stewie didn't understand how motherhood works and thought Lois kept him "trapped" in her womb for "nine grueling months" just because she could. He wanted revenge. But if that episode with the puppy/human hybrids is any indication, Stewie seems to know what pregnancy entails now. That may be at least part of the reason why he doesn’t want to kill Lois anymore.
I think what I didn't like about the ending is the fact that the machine calculated that Stewie would lose over factors that shouldn't have been there. With the biggest being that Lois, for some reason, doesn't immediately die from getting torn to shreds by an SMG at close range. And then, of course, all the other stuff. But it's like, Stewie, what exactly did you input into your machine. Because whatever it was then it's no wonder you didn't win.
I know exactly what you mean. I assumed that Stewie was trying to find to most logical/realistic outcome of his plans to kill Lois/take over the world, but some things don't make sense when you think about it. Like why was there a magical merman that saved Lois? Why did everyone suddenly believe that Stewie was capable of killing Lois? How did everyone perfectly understand Stewie after he was exposed? and How did Peter show up at the last second to save Lois/kill Stewie?
To be fair, yeah, Brian was a dick for getting those tickets. They agreed on a 20 dollar limit and buying something like a cruise is just a msssive dick move towards everyone else.
Yes but also they all could've come together as a family to get her one special gift she'd actually have liked instead of a bunch of cheap craps ones. Even if Brian had ulterior motives he made sure it was a gift she'd actually appreciate, so yeah he's a dick and the motives were bad but the results were better than any of their other gifts.
And since I commented my previous comment before I heard your whole video I have to leave another comment and say that OMG they totally should have done it where Stewie realizes he misses Lois and goes back in time to fix his mistake that would have been so amazing and made so much more sense and just fit with who's Stewie has become and developed as a character
For some reason in the world of Family Guy where Death pops up as a special guest a lot, the whole "Merman brought me back with magic" thing always felt like a cop out. Like, sure, it's a simulation Stewie made up but does he truly believe he'll be stopped by magic merpeople? You'd think he'd nuke the ocean or something
There's actually comic books where joker gives up after the supposed death of Batman mainly because I think one of the Robbins took over for him and he figured out that's not the real Batman
So on the "it was all a dream" point, if it helps at all, in the Wizard of Oz book, it wasn't a dream, and it's made very clear that she really went. There were no real life counterparts to people in Kansas, at the end it shows they had to rebuild the house, and the aunt even asks where Dorothy's been
I actually like that Stewie didn't really have a breakdown upon finally dealing with Lois; It's keeping with his character. Unlike, say, Joker or Metal Sonic, where they literally lack the ability to see beyond their respective hero 99% of the time, Stewie just has a strong destain for his mother, and dealing her out isn't even his endgame. He's even fallen out of that hate as the series marched on. For him to win, then simply move on, actually tracks with his lack of obsession.
Yeah they literally killed him off for good. Only for him to be brought back when Stewie time traveled back in time to stop his death and everything that happened after his death in the timeline was erased.
Honestly, Stewie's character took a nosedive after the Brian and Stewie episodes. It was great at first, but it servely nerfs Stewie into a gay baby. Which is fine, because the creators do have the right to make what they wish, but I am going to sit here and muse at Stewie's oversimplifcation as a character. Stewie winning would preserve the greatness of his original character.
I have a DVD set that has this two part episode and that song about the list is actually included in it. He also says later in the song that anyone who has ever pissed him off would be on said list, which would likely include Lois.
Life insurance can be withheld if a person dies under mysterious/suspicious circumstances. Since Louis’s body was never found and the life insurance policy was purchased right before she went missing they were likely waiting to see if any more signs of foul play were found.
Hiii kitty! 😸 Just wanted to let you know ive been binging all of your videos lately and love all of your takes on our favorite shows! Also your voice is super chill and nice to listen to in the background hehe, keep doing what your doing and have your bestest day! 😊💖
Honestly, I Think an American Dad & Futurama crossover would be better, think about it; they both started on Fox before moving to a new Network, both have drastically different writing and voice actors then their sibling shows and they even both have a Grey colored on-Human character that is a jerk that everyone loves to hate. And besides, Family Guy and American Dad crossover multiple times already. Brian even cameos in an American Dad episode at one time even.
Honestly seeing how Brian and Stewie have become the defacto "buddy duo" of the show it's fun to see a story that fully pushes Stewie into the villain role and makes Brian take a stand against him because of how he's actually crossed the line into doing something evil that also greatly affects him. At least until the second part where they twist it into Stewie forcing Brian to help him, which honestly isn't that big of a departure since there's plenty of times Brian is very reluctant to help Stewie or hang out with him for reasons but yeah actually being made an accomplice with the threat of death still makes Stewie more villainous than he's ever been. That's what both sucks and is great about what if episodes, status quo doesn't matter for most kf the writing but it WILL have to reset by the end somehow.
Though my voiced character is referred to as The M.O.M. I just want to say that I have no evil intentions when I say I have a very sick mother as well as a daughter to help me see through this ordeal I'm in. So no world domination for me and possibly an early retirement for me. Signed Ray Chase

every time you Prints, referring to fingerprints, the subtitles read Prince, which obviously makes me think about the legendary scene from the Animaniacs about FingerPrince
I also want to put this I think the original reason that Stewie wanted to kill his mother which is Lois understandably was due to the fact that he wanted to destroy whatever attachments he had to somebody that can also make him feel more human whenever it came down to talking him out of his evil plans it wasn't just the fact that she was able to take away his toys but Stewie Oso knows that his mother Stewie Oso knows that his mother would Stewie also knows that his mother would be somebody being able to talk him out of his evil plans so it would make sense that he wants to cut off any attachment from her even if it means murdering her while he doesn't have to worry about his other family members even though he has mentioned he has had plans for both maybe his siblings and Peter but I could be wrong because it could have just been a written off joke that one time Stewie did think Peter for giving him back his weapon and telling him that his death will be the quickest which might indicate that he plans to kill off his whole entire family
I really expected to Stan just outright shoot Stewie, when the baby will start threatening them. I mean for Stan shooting people is basically nothing much.
Life insurance?? Actually I got it on the cruise right after me and Lois had that big fight where I told her I hope I never see her again right before she disappeared.
In regard to that little Lois and Francine knowing each other tidbit... turns out they were more than just friends. So much so that Francine's experiences with men afterwards were ruined thanks to her.
Personally I love the episode road to Germany just because of stewie's dialogue. When he asks to join the British Air Force and they asked him what are his qualifications, he says I have a British accent I'm possibly homosexual and my wife looks ghastly.
Personally I don’t feel Family Guy has a bad era. Depending on the cruise line it can be anything from paying an extra hundred bucks to giving the captain fellatio later. It really does all depend on the captain and the cruise line
that wasn't a rhyme kitty, barely even a slant rhyme, your ears are broken. also for your question at the end, the cruise scene were part of the simulation. great video as always.
Oh no lois doesn't get any of his fortune, he already made that clear. He offered her a million dollars to leave peter, he offered Peter a million dollars to leave her, because neither one of them would agree Carter made his mind up a long time ago that they get nothing
If you listened to the whole story Peter tells it's because they realize the abortionist had only one hand and they didn't want to get an abortion from somebody who had only one hand. So they turned around went home and two and a half months later Meg was born
God I'm such a nerd I had to actually google, we've got a little over calculation. Going from Rhode Island to Washington DC according to Google maps is only a little over a 6 hour drive. Its a total of 390 miles
