But what i do know is that once i die (hopefully in a long time and with not too much pain) the atoms that once made me, me, will return to the cosmos. To what future, no one knows, and i take comfort in that.. ... until then we have one life, one planet, and really need to preserve it for future generations.

Often I look at an avg hindu and wonder what has the society done with human's rationale ! And then I happen to encounter literally educated muslims (like sahil on this stream) and lose my mind.
Also, it brings a sense of fear in me as with the RSS in power and right wings heavy presence over SM we are heading towards the same path that made pakistan what it is today !

Muslim belief : God by definition is uncreated, infinite, eternal, immortal, omnipresent, omniscient, most powerful, creator of universe, there is nothing like him (no idol or human).
If you believe in intelligent design that we humans are and other intelligent beings in the universe, then there is an "intelligent designer". Next question is - what does the intelligent designer wants from us? does he has will? does he communicate?...throughout human history scriptures are believed to be a communication from God. So now lets look into the scriptures and compare all the scriptures on following points -
"Concept and Nature of God, factual and historical evidences in/of scripture, moral values as preached and practiced by major religious figures in the scripture, consistency of the message, simplicity and unambiguity of the message, guidance for justice and equality"
Based on these parameters we find that Quran is the only true scripture.

Anyway, what I want to say pertains to the point the last caller made. Perhaps he didn't give the right example. But suppose, if instead of the maid stealing a mobile, she steals a spoon from a kitchen that has several number of same spoons and this theft would not be noticed by the owners of the house then would this act of theft not be immoral? (Remember according to your logic an act is immoral only if it hurts the others.)
Time is also a parameter in deciding morality or immorality I guess.

Umm it is quite subjective in my opinion. It can vary from one person to other, if the maid feels like she is not doing bad it is not immoral for her, but for most people have an instinct that theft is totally immoral so that's how it goes imo
Wouldn't stealing a spoon hurt too. The spoon might have been bought from someone else with the exchange of currency, so it will hurt you economically. If not that, then it's a breach of contract/trust between the employer and the employee, that is immoral too.
In this hypothetical, we can add a hypothetical that let's say 5 years have passed since the spoon stealing incident. No one has died or gone bankrupt, not the thief or the victim. The thief has gone on to become a successful philanthropist while the owner is convicted of embezzlement. Now how will you say who is immoral?

Hey Vimoh ! What's your opinion on ACHARYA PRASHANT? Haven't found him propogating pseudoscience !
He often condemns superstitious practices, rituals and so called "hindu culture" too (he says culture is product of society and the society is ignorant hence their is nothing significant about culture). He called out this bageshwar baba too in an interview with newslaundry and asserted that nothing such as magic power/paranormal experiences/ghost etc exists ! He has also made videos on such topics and rejected idea of supernatural stuff or something like that.
In 2019 he made a parody video on sadhguru lol ! He exposed his many crap ideas like "water memory" and other stuff back in 2020. These days he often criticisez ISKCON for their "bhakti marg". He believes no methods like "meditation", yoga or ritual can get you liberation ! No merchandise as well .
He often emphasisez on developing critical mind and hence suggests to gain knowledge in these 4 fields : 1. Psychology 2. Evolutionary biology 3. Neuroscience 4. Phylosophy .
And no indifference to other communities as well ! He has many discourses on n no of sufi mystics, Quran, Bible explaining the verses (now that's rare in today's babas)
P.S: If you wish to then I will attach some links of these videos or you can check his one on one podcast with "Kunal kamra". And yeah he also rejected concept of "reincarnation". (btw vimoh sir , your accent is dope !)

You can only have observations of reincarnation. There are many cases researched by Ian Stevenson though. And the new cases by Dr Jim Tucker. Both of them are scientists and have documented 2500+ cases and verified a vast majority of them.
Even the critics were saying that they are very careful in choosing to report and didn't report without solid evidence
I don't believe in reincarnation because that would fuck up our entire understanding of biology and we would have to formulate entirely new theories to explain everything
But I cannot ignore the evidence that they have presented either.
Although there were many critics saying that the children were lying about reincarnation but then, 2500 cases is a huge lot. And we need to study each one of them

There is a whole pdf of his research work available on Google. Just go through it. His whole research only suggests that Reincarnation "May" exist. It's in no way an empirical proof. not even the evidence that reincarnation is possible in any way.
Also, just so you know that Dr. Stevenson himself emphasised multiple times throughout his work that his work "PROVES NOTHING". It only makes suggestions.

Hey Vimoh. I think you should have pointed out the difference between a theory and a hypothesis while you had Suhail on the call. You guys were both saying that God was a theory and formation of a solar system and it's plantes is a theory. The latter is a theory while the former is a hypothesis.
For the formation of earth, we have a lot of evidence and models which provide examples using simulation which are verified through observations in other galaxies and within our milky galaxy in other more distant solar systems, who's light (from its formation) has just reached us now as they are further away from us.

I'm not Vimoh, but Vimoh on multiple occasions has shown solidarity to the LGBTQIA+ community.
As it doesn't something that people can control, even if someone argues that they can control it and they are being like that on their own; eventually it comes down to wether they harm somebody or not, and my answer will be NO they don't harm somebody. So their action of being LGBTQ+ is out of the moral landscape, they are same as any other human being.
