Thanks for showing the recovery at the end. I have been there many, many times and I appreciate the encouragement by showing that that happens.

Haha it happens more times than not. A constant battle lol. Thank you. I should share more of my “mess ups” since I know so many of us feel the same way about creating.

This turned out beautifully! As a fellow artist, I want to encourage you to believe in yourself and create with confidence. I love it whenever you say you like how one of your trees turned out. 😉 Your honesty sharing that pesky negative/full-of-doubt inner dialogue most of us battle shows your humanness (is that a word?😅), but I encourage you to speak kindly about yourself and work to your audience. I can guarantee you that viewers enjoy what you're sharing and may think, "what?" whenever you say you aren't good at something or didn’t like a prior video you put out. You and your generosity sharing how-tos are greatly appreciated! ❤ Blessings 🌷👩‍🎨

Aww thank you for the kind words, Janille. I was pretty unsure of this painting, but I’m happy I posted it. Even though it’s a bit vulnerable to share my insecurities, I also want to make sure I can be transparent in that I don’t always have it together lol. But I hear you. Negative talk isn’t exactly where you want to be either. 🌲🤍 thank you so much for the kind words of wisdom.

My mountins need lots of work but I'm starting to get what you mean by "dry brush" And I was happy to have you post this with all the "mistakes" and suggestions because I could learn from all of that and try out different things before I did what you did. I was basically satisfied with my end result and I learned alot which is most important. Thank you.

I think it’s a beautiful painting. And the large rocks you left look natural to me. Sometimes we’re harder on our paintings than others! 😊

I am very new to watercolour and sketching and new to your channel. I think this painting is beautiful. I have never been to the US (I’m in England) but I absolutely love the North American National Parks. Majestic and mysterious, your painting really evokes these things in my opinion. Lovely job. Thank you. I have subscribed.

Yes, I agree. Water would have been nice here, and pretty accurate depending on where you are in Yosemite. I can't remember why I didn't add water lol. But stay tuned for future videos, because more water landscapes are coming.

Wonderful and in answer to your question about should you do another tree video ?...... YES PLEASE. Ive decided that my main problem, even though I can see y ou doing it, is that I dont know what Im actually doing with the brush to even make the correct shape of one of the branches.
