I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. @@megan-wl1ym for the reff part Hala Hala is easier than Answer but if you compare full choreo, Hala Hala always have hit every part and more hard than Answer, you can see that Answer have more individual freestyle moves than Hala Hala, thats the point, simultaneous moves is more intersting for the viewers. And even on the final chorus (I don't what people call it) that in Answer (Yunho as center) it didn't hit like Hala Hala (San as center) and even look more easier than Answer's chorus (Seonghwa part). I didn't mean to compare the member but the choreography. Sorry for my bad english.

you should definitely check out “wonderland “ by ateez but try reacting to live stage performances instead of dance practices because keep in mind they do not use all of their energy because they spent the whole day in the studio so i think live stage performances will be more powerful yk

I watched and filmed a reaction for the live stage of this one but not uploading cause I actually didn’t like how it was filmed. From what I know, idols do dance full out in these dance practices. It just looks more energetic on live stages cause of the different camera work and framing which really adds to them. But if you were to watch them live, I’m assuming it would resemble more the dance practices energy-wise I think 😊

I'm really curious as to how you would like ATEEZ's Horizon. They run through a couple of genres musically, and it's fairly complicated musically wise. I know nothing about dance, but I'd love to see how that was translated into dance

@@JeffAvenue It’s really awesome, the choreography starts really simple and focuses more on an overall picture. Then there's San's beautiful spin that reminds me of ballet or contemporary and then it jumps into an EDM chorus! Sorry for the long texts but I really love Ateez and I'm sooo happy you discovered them! ^^ Also San is an incredible dancer so watch out for him;)

Like many groups, their discography tells a story. The overall theme is a quest to find your treasure which is really the journey to find and reconcile all the parts of yourself. Part of the journey is discarding the roles society tells you you must be if it interferes with who you really are. So listening to and watching their mvs in chronological order helps when it comes to understanding the mvs. Their first release was in intro to who they are. Their second release, in particular 'Say My Name' was about how they became who they are (who their characters are). It's an epic tale. Also, I hope you saw the end of this video after you stopped it (it wasnt over).

And thank you so much for reacting to Answer! And ATEEZ doesnt just sing or dance, their "Treasure" series of albums is actually a story! Thats why you saw two versions of them (one dressed as the hala hala era and another dressed "normally"). The version that has the hala hala style is known as "fake Ateez" and represents a darker, alter ego that is fed by the doubts and negativity or social expectations in the world.
Their concepts are absolutely amazing and i cant wait to see you react to more of their videos!!!

Aaahhh, you have no idea how happy i am that Seonghwa gets complimented like this, cause he's actually pretty ''underrated'' as a dancer. A lot of people talk about his facial expressions (and for a good reason), but i don't hear a lot of people pointing out his technique

Something I've always admired about ateez is their individuality in their performace. Instead of all of them doing the moves in the exact same way, they combine all their individual dancing styles to perform together as true to themselves as they can be. If you look at their predebut performance videos you can see they are very capable of being synchronized. But to them being perfectly in sync doesn't entail an great performance. They put so much work into their aspects of performances like facial expressions and just the way they execute moves is so different when you compare them side by side. It's really refreshing to see this kind of group and its one of the many reasons I love them so much. They all have something unique to bring to the stage. I really look forward to seeing more of your reactions to them.
One of the reasons Ateez has always stood out to me was a sense of a little bit of individuality in their choreos..its like TOGETHER BUT NOT..🤷♀️ its absolutely charming..I have no doubt the can do military precision movements..they just go hard ,, with their whole chest to the move..Passionate Kings 🥰

If you want more performances by them, they have a lot ahahha. But I recommend you check out their Win performances (there's two. One in their Seoul Concert and one is during Music Bank) or their predebut performances when they were still called KQ Fellaz! There's three performances, a solo of one of their main dancers, and a cover of growl by exo!

I love so much to see people getting into ateez and discovering their talent because damn those boys have a LOT of talent and this is exactly the kind of reaction they deserve. I'M LOVING IT.

Their practice room is relatively small for their choreography most of the time so they don’t expand as much.... but give them a stage and they use it to its full potential.... these guys have crazy stage presence... their mvs are 10/10 their dance practice are 10/10 but their live performances are 100/10 these guys were all born to be in stage it’s their natural habitat.... for example their MAMA performance a lot of people weren’t expecting anything from them they were just an unknown rookie group..... but they took that stage over like it was theirs.... one of the most talked about MAMA 2019 performances

You should really try, especially with Ateez to watch live performances! Dont have to react to them but seriously, their performances live are on A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL. The power they exude its amazing. This is one of their key points, alongside to the unconventional formations. I love your reactions, especially to Ateez (they r one of my faves) and I agree with you, is like they aren't totally in sinc or doing the move exactly the same (cus each of them have their own way of interpreting the choreo) but they still come together as a group and that's what I really like about them, that they are really good as a group but the members still have their personal style of dancing

I totally agree that Answer is one of Ateez's less demanding choreographs but their main comeback (& where I think most of their effort went into) was Wonderland. Definitely think you should check that out & like every other of their comebacks cause they're amazing dancers)

The turtleneck guy is Seonghwa (my bias), and i fell in love seeing him do the moves at the Answer chorus. He suits best with gentler movements with impact in choreographies! I really love how he does the reach out too.

I have literally been rechecking your channel every day for new Ateez reactions!! Omg!!! It seems like you are a Seonghwa bias. You should seem him with white blonde hair in Say my Name ;) He is a wholeee assss snackkyyy snack there! If you stan Ateez they have one of the coolest story lines ever. You reacted to Hala Hala first so I am glad you were able too see Ateez with black hats. In Hala Hala black hat ateez are "dark evil" ateez. Good ateez are trying to separate the darkness from themselves, but throughout their mvs and story line, they realize they cannot, because dark ateez also are apart of them, as no one is perfect and has a little darkness inside of them. So Answer is basically good ateez finally accepting dark ateez as apart of themselves which is why you see them toasting to each other at the table!!
You should do Say my Name or even their debut Pirate King!! Wonderland is also a POWER performance video if you liked Hala Hala you would love Wonderland.

Also, on top of just reactions to dance practices and MVs, it would be amazing to see you react to their live performances! Their facial expressions are really out of this world, and their presence is really REALLY different. It could be a bit of a shock (esp w that camera work...) But it is absolutely worth it for these boys. 6 years into watching kpop performances, and I've still never seen rookies love the stage as much as these 8 boys.

All Albums are connected, answer is the final song of the treasureserie. In the mv there are hints of pirate king, treasure, say my name, and so on.
They have fought with there inner selfs, the suicid Squad and in the end, they give a toast to them and acept them. Its a realy good story.
