This is a good but oh MY GOD 2017X VOICE LINE AT 1:20 IS PERFECT! It sounds like a PERFECT balance of Jason and Roger sonic which really makes sense considering 2017x is based off the dark era but also have some similarities to Modern. I love the idea of a Sonic.EXE that is completely passive as long as you believe he is actually Sonic, and it never really hit me that that's what this Sonic.EXE is until this song mix. Real good stuff!
I dunno why, but I kinda like this take on 2017X, a lot more lighthearted than what the vibes of the original song would suggest. A little saddening that this won't be in the full mod, but I find it a good listen regardless of that fact. You just keep getting better and better at what you do, Max!

The lyrics in this song are surprisingly personal to me as someone who's trying to sing FNF lyrics for covers. Whenever I do sing them (and not just quit), I always sound weak and quiet because I'm still scared to even try. Now that I listen to this, it is legitimately giving me advice on how to build confidence for future songs. things like "Fake it 'till you make it", "Just us here", and "Breaking through is how you grow" are exactly the kinds of things I need to know for the future.

The lyrics in this song are surprisingly personal to me as someone who's trying to sing FNF lyrics for covers. Whenever I do sing them (and not just quit), I always sound weak and quiet because I'm still scared to even try. Now that I listen to this, it is legitimately giving me advice on how to build confidence for future songs. things like "Fake it 'till you make it", "Just us here", and "Breaking through is how you grow" are exactly the kinds of things I need to know for the future.
