Question ☝- Stevoski is parking at the "hotel" after a tough day of "4x4" next to a Polo Vivo? Just saying 😜🤣. Bring on episode 2. Meerkat dudes are cool🤙
@@Ironman4x4Africa There is a pass close to Magaliesburg in the NW called Breedtsnek, probably a grade 3 with a handful of technical sections. The pass has a great view of Buffelspoort dam and surrounding farms. 4x4's traverse that pass, especially on weekends, and have a quick lunch at the top while admiring the view. However, every time I have done the pass (around 6-7 times) I have seen a VW polo parked somewhere along the route and thought to myself "how on earth did this make it all the way up here"... I have concluded that there is pretty much no where in SA that a VW Polo can't get to.
Please: never ever pick up small tortoises and move them, you are in fact killing them by trying to be nice. As you asked of him " please do not pee on me " Let me explain, that is not pee, but his reserve water. Tortoises store their water in little bags and when you pick them up, those bags rupture, hence you and a lot of other people think it is pee. You dont know how close or how far his next water is, so you might be killing him.
Didn't know this at all, in my experience I've always tried to move them because they are in immediate danger, and that road we were on does have frequent cars passing by, I would never move them just for the sake of being nice. Next time I'd rather wait for the little fella to cross on it's own, and luckily there was water all over. Thank you for this tip, I will keep this in mind and share.

Why is no one talking about the VW Polo at the mountain top? How did that car get there?

The Polo didn't get there the route we took. From here down to Rhodes is easy gravel road.
