I was wondering about the noise. You know once upon a time Goan ladies would never give you an accurate recipe of anything. They would always leave something or 2 out of it. Today, everyone's recipe is different. I suppose that's because of different state. Now no one can hide their recipe if they want outsiders to learn and give you thumbs up.
