Surprised you didn't mention a possibility of a brow / upper face lift. Her lateral brow was lower in the original pictures, and the cat eye effect was less pronounced. She might have had an early endo cheek lift a-la Ramirez + temporal lift, giving her those exaggerated Mongolian eyes.

I am happy that an already beautiful woman, if she had something done, at least she did it in an intelligent manner, not like most famous people that look absolutely ridiculous. I’m sorry, but Melania Trump does not look like a normal person. She has not followed the same cosmetic enhancement trajectory of many in Hollywood, but that hasn’t resulted in anything remotely close to a natural appearance. That upward lateral tilt of her eyes - combined with how much narrower her eyes are (as seen in the picture from her youth) demonstrates how very odd she now appears. Her nose is now too short and narrow for her face, her nostrils are too flared, and overall she now has the look of a bald eagle.
Aging is aging no matter what women do. When you look at those who went through face lift and surgeries close by sorry but they don't look good nor real. Take care of your health and wellbeing and accept nature. The process of aging is natural and the end is the same.

Honestly she looked very old for somebody in their twenties. I would have easily guessed her for 40. I think she may have had fat removal underneath her cheekbones which seems to cause aging in everyone that gets it done.
