IMPORTANT! This facial interface is currently MUCH CHEAPER on AliExpress: s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_olFZUPX ($26 instead of $46 in other places). Kkcobvr has an official shop on AliExpress, and it has a "choice" delivery, which means that it's free, fast and on better terms. Even without any promotion, it's much cheaper there than in other places. Unfortunately, I didn't know about it before recording, so it's not mentioned in the video (however, I don't know how long it will be at this price there. In the past Kkcobvr had very slow delivery via AliExpress, but because they joined the "Choice" program, it's now fast and on better conditions).
I have the S3 Pro and did not know you could adjust the Halo's position. I am currently using a AMVR facial interface, which I think blocks it from moving it down further.
@@MrShade360 in my case delivers from there which participates in “Choice“ program are received in 6-8 days, but it may differ depending on country. For free delivery from china it’s very fast.
Doesn't the fan also blow the salty sweat vapour forwards through the headset and over the electronics. Perhaps if the fan was reversed to draw sweat vapour out of the headset without it coming into contact with the electronics.
@@Thomas_Voland Yes, I saw that it blows some of it out through the nose light blocker, but the positive pressure might also be blowing moisture over the electronics package as well. A negative pressure environment in the facial area may keep the electronics drier. Google 'VR fitness kills your VR headset: Meta Quest 3 has a sweat problem'
@@Thomas_Voland It would be interesting to see a smoke test of the fan system working with the headset strapped to a dummy head to see the air/smoke drawn in by the fans and where it's exhausted from the headset.

@@drakulton1 Where are the q3 fans pulling and pushing to from and to?
Do you think it is possible to use a USB-c splitter to charge both Quest 3 and K3 fans with the S3 Pro? In theory, the B100 battery has enough power to charge both devices simultaneously.
I'm sorry but a 27minute video to review a single relatively simple product is utter madness. There are thorough reviews and then there is just padding video length. You must work to shorten such a video, this is like writing and essay that requires 4 pages and you achieved that by line breaking after every single word.
@@Thomas_Voland Coming from the other side of things, I appreciated how in depth the review was - and even more I appreciated that you added chapters/timestamps to the video. Thanks! 👍

I'm a happy owner of both k3 and S3 and they work great together. The k3 fan is also good to defog the lenses.
Same here, love both

In my review of S3 Pro, and also in the review of AMVR facial interface, I am explaining why AMVR is the worst interface for Halo straps.
Greetings from Malaysia!
Thank you, very informative.
Just ordered from the Aliexpress official store - hopefully arrives soon!

@@Thomas_Voland yeah - was the official store and 'choice' - so looking forward to getting it! - got the KKCOBVR Q3 pro strap ready for it.
Wow, this looks like an amazing interface. I think I might get it since I sweat so much especially in Thrill of the Fight 2.
It will make a HUGE difference it TotF2.
Thx. ❤

No. The video explains how it works.

It's pulling it in mostly from the lower 3/4 of the headset front faceplate gap and blowing it out of the top 1/4 of the front faceplate gap.

Yes it is possible. In my video about an ultimate Quest setup I will talk more about using B100 battery to charging also other things.
The Same Setup and my FOV is A little Bit greater or its A feeling.
