My opinion on this:
Pros:
• Unfinished feeling, makes you feel like that you're playing a prototype
• Amazing sprites for the I HATE YOU ending including the MARIO interesting art
• Interesting ending of the game
• Nice transition from normal like ending to the creepypasta one in I HATE YOU ending
Cons:
• The way the game works (e.g question mark blocks when being hit) makes it look like the game "A Classic Mario Experience" but in super mario world style but could this be part of the prototype feeling? I'm not sure, therefore, i think a mario engine being used would be much better in this case.
Overall, this game is fine and i think it's alright.

Theory, each stage represents an event.
The phantom Luigi room represents Mario’s guilt for killing Luigi, Victim #1 is Luigi from Mario’s memory due to being burned and disfigured, and the creature at the end could potentially be Peach, having been killed by Mario as he seemed annoyed at her during the ending screen of the IHY portion of the Rom hack.
