This is so heavy, wow holy crap. it feels like I have a unknown amount of weight over me. It Drags down all the energy forcefully back to root very very slowly. How wonderful I was looking for a mantra that'll do that. So heavy...oh god it feels like I'm doing push ups just by listening to this.

@@alisagoossen4336 No it wont give crazy experiences, it's for body strengthening. Exercise yourself and then hear it. It'll ground you. It's not exactly 'Pleasant' but after a while your body becomes a bit malleable. Shani and hanuman temples have frequently been used by Indian wrestlers, their training grounds are always near it.

Okay so what I've done is I've split up all the days of the week and Saturdays for Shani Dev Narasimha and Kalima. I am trying to attune to the days of the week I don't really know what I'm doing I'm a novice still although I've been listening to chance for many years I haven't actually converted .
