- A gorgeous pair of twin 2021 Peterbilt 389’s, Plum Crazy Metallic and Diamond White. Cummins X15, 605HP, 2050TQ, 18 speeds, 3:55 gears, air ride steer axle, full disc brakes, 72” FT sleeper, Platinum interior, leather heated seats, full gauges, no navigation, LoPro 24.5 wheels and tires, Peterbilt wheels, 280” wheelbase, Holland aluminum 5th wheel, air slider 5th wheel, Texas bumper, remote lube, dual SS air breathers, polished tanks, tanks straps, access steps, toolboxes, after treatment, polished SS DEF cover. The really cool part of this build is the DUAL REVOLUTION LIGHTS. All marker lights are amber and red where they need to be to be legal, but with one switch on the dash they all turn PURPLE! I've noticed where the turn signal and head lights are together the turn signal can't be seen at much distance. I like them on the mirror brackets and/or the top of the fender.

Once the customer gets the trailers done I will get a video of the entire truck and trailer with the “Dual Revolution” lights. No air horns on the cab because I don’t like that. Much cleaner look without them.

Hi nice video is a Peterbilt 389 EXHD the same as a standard hood or different and do Peterbilt custom build the trucks like that are all those after market parts from a third party shop
Peterbilt 379 am extended hood has a 131” BBC or Bumper to Back of Cab. A standard good is only 123” BBC.
Peterbilt puts everything together and most of their parts are proprietary but obviously some are off the shelf. Or ordinarily parts but made specifically for Peterbilt.
At 3:33 there is a 5/8" bolt stuck in the inside of the wheel on the valve stem.
I wouldn’t have seen that, inside the wheel under the brakes
You’re exactly right it was a gold bolt it was stuck under the valve stem and rode there from Denton to Greeley to Denver like that
I hate pointing things like that out but I didn't want it to damage the wheel if it stay in there for a long time.
We actually did find the bolt Ray Sheppard. Customer kept it as a souvenir! Can't beleive it made it all the way from Denton, TX to Greeley, CO. It was wedged in pretty tight. We have no idea where it came from or what it went to. The bolt was a new bolt. Never been used. Thanks for the heads up!

Six more years and I can get my CDL hopefully if you asked Peterbilt could they make a sleeper for you if you had a day cab

Is the sleeper a little tight?
Depends on usage. If you were to go our for weeks at a time it would probably be a bit small. But for occasional use it's perfect!

They do have aftermarket kits you can purchase. So yes!

If Peterbilt is smart they'll keep making the 389 the classic long nose is what made Peterbilt what it's today!

No air horns on top sucks, I'd spec it out with air horns on the roof, i like the real truck look with air horns on the top not like the air dinamic trucks blowing the horns to the ground what the hell is that
How come the check engine light is on?
Not sure. Usually it's a bubble in the coolant.
