Rest in peace Ben, I never thought I'd be feeling like this watching your videos. I will always consider you my favourite online mentor, if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be this guy I am today.
Thanks for the video! Based on my experience, I can say for sure that recruitment agents require good CRM software. Once I started to use Flowlu for my agency, I really enjoyed how smooth and automated my workflow was. What I mean is that it provides really good contact management, and I can store any relevant documents on the personal page of each candidate. Custom flies and customizable stages make it even more useful for me.
Hey Ben, thanks for sharing. In your experience, how do you build your database of candidates and store their CVs in a centralized location? I mean the sources of CV can be from job boards, referrals, LI Recruiter...etc. Do you have a video for it? :)
You can store all of this data in many ways, if you are just starting, get something like Crelate, that's a good CRM with many functions, including the storage of all of the above mentioned data.
Ben's absolutely on point here! A good ATS + CRM can make your entire hiring process a piece of cake. Also, there are tools that have a LinkedIn Chrome extension that can directly add candidates to the CRM's database! Say goodbye excel sheets 😉
With AllPro, to be successful you really just need their basic CRM web tool that allows you to send a ton of messages outbound (thousands) weekly or monthly as you develop more and more contacts, in my FB group "6 figure recruiters" - reach out to a guy named Tommie Haynes and he can hook you up over there and give you a full demo of what you need and don't need based on your situation etc.
Hi Ben. Which of the CRM softwares would you suggest for a new staffing agency? All Pro Web Tools, Crelate, or Keaps. Also what time keeping/timesheet software would you suggest. Great videos!
ben ..browsing your linkedin connections for emails, keying in even 300 or 400 emails into lead leaper, every month, digging around th einternet...is not gonna give you 12 - 15 thousand emails to hit each month....how are you getting so many email addresses...are you buying lists? for instance i want to expand my list of a few hundred emails to 5000 emails in the next month...HOW DO I DO THIS?
Hi Ben. I’m planning to open my recruitment agency in Germany. 30 minutes meeting with you that I saw on your website is free of charge or I need to pay some fee for the first meeting?

Crelate overall for pricing/functionality etc but it really depends what you want to use it for the most.
I tried my LinkedIn it doesn't allow me to do anything
What version of LinkedIn do you have?

Tons of LinkedIn grabs and other software like ZoomInfo etc, + LeadLeaper - I NEVER BUY LISTS AND WOULD NEVER SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE, USELESS!
