    Down 53 lbs. No more knee pain. Feeling fantastic and very upbeat. I also quit alcohol. No sugar. Using a little stevia with water and lemon juice. I hope that’s ok. Type 2 diabetes complete gone! Not 100% carb free but getting there. I walk on the treadmill, nothing extreme, just strolling along. I push it hard for one minute then slow back down. A little incline then back to flat. I do this several times a session. My stamina is improving so it must be working 👍🏻

      I never got huge. 5’41/2” and 202 lbs when I started. People don’t realize that you don’t have to be extremely obese to get sick. Just a few extra pounds on your abdomen can do it. Visceral fat is dangerous!
