Kim Taehyung is the twinkle, sparkle, rainbow, and color of BTS. I love that he really took this episode seriously and wanted to leave a good impression for the sake of his brother Suga. They all are a phenomenal group of men adding their own color to the rainbow that is music. Suga and V are on opposite sides of the spectrum therefore you can see the respect and appreciation they have for one another. Suga’s patience and loving nature comes out so sincerely for V. I love V‘s mind and I appreciate his charms, charisma, and personality. He stays true to himself and it makes him so genuine and authentic. He’s like a fictional character out of the imagination, but then again he is unimaginable. No one would have ever thought that a person like V existed and I still wonder if he exists cause it’s so unbelievable that this man breathes the same air we breath. I was not into kpop before BTS, I was drawn to the music, the talent, the quality of their performances but really kept me to stan them is that you truly feel how they love and value each other, sincerely. It is amazing to me how 7 people so unique and talented wth different personalities are in one group. Yes they have different preferences in music but the 6 others would be the greater and no. fans/supporters of each other. It is as V stated even if just one of them falls. all 7 of them stands up - they are a family!
His album deserves the critical acclaim it received. He's an anomaly in BTS and kpop. His creativity and his intelligence never ceases to amaze me. Yet he is so pure of heart.
I really enjoyed watching this with you! V is really quite the character! As I kept saying - Tae is the baby of BTS - all of the hyungs always look out for Tae! Look at Grandpa Suga - giving in to whatever Tae wants! You can't help it really! Not sure of you are going to watch their Bon Voyage series - where the boys take a vacation to different places - you will get to see their personalities even more - and you can see how the group totally loves Tae! It is true - V is the Idol of Idols - I think there's a video out there that shows the other Idols fan boying over V. At award shows - you can see some of them are just taken aback when they see him in person!

I love Suga’s introduction to V. “Occupation: the most handsome and most beautiful face in the world…” and V is t arrogant about it, but he owns it, which I think is the right way to be. Such a kind, unique guy. Suga is the perfect host and I love his relationship with each of them. Don’t forget: “I repeat, Chapter 2 has NOTHING to do with taking our shirts off” … then he proceeds to take his shirt off. I guess it’s true for the oldest 3 (so far) 😂.
I also thought it was a beautiful episode because it is surprising to see how two such opposite people have a true friendship and really love each other very much. That's what makes Suga and V's friendship more notable.

The series is all about their album "BE", so it might be a good idea to listen to the songs on the album first. I really love this interview series, you learn so much about them musically.
If you watch their early Bangtan Bombs (in their youtube channel BANGTAN TV), you'll see the younger Tae being so loud and mischievious. He's that energetic kid who plays around and he's all over the place. That's why he said here if there's something he needs to tell to his younger self, he needs to lock him up first lol😂 Regarding Suga and Tae being awkward to each other before, it's actually true. 😄 SUGA is a Tsundere (appear as cold and tough outside but warm and caring inside) while Tae is the baby bear who loves to show affection whenever he can. I love that you enjoyed this so much. Taehyung's birthday is only 4 days before mine, so I feel a special closeness to him that I don't feel with the others. I can't say that he's my bias, though, because that tends to be whoever released new music most recently. I kind of cycle through all 7 of them as my bias. Tae is the type that will literally stop and smell the roses and I love him for that. He sees the beauty in the world that others miss or overlook and he tends to allow others to see the world through his eyes. He is a very unique and special person.
He has such a beautiful mind and heart. And yes sooo unique. Including his boxy smile that lights up the room. In games he’s always the out of box thinker. As for rm making them listen to all types of music. I just saw the mini series of them interviewing the team that manages trainees as well as some of the hybe idols and in rms clip they tell him how they actually implemented his way of having trainees listen to a curated playlist of songs and artists as part of their training. And tae really does listen to everything. His recent English collab w umi happened cuz he literally liked her music and slid into her DMs telling her so and they’re like let’s make a song lol. Love it. And course the part where he admits to thinking of having to get hurt to get a rest day broke my heart. And made me think of skz as they come up. Esp like han w his anxiety 🙁
I mean Namjoon isn’t wrong! It’s like how can a writer write without reading books!? The rappers have had such an amazing influence on the vocal line and that’s when you know who your true friends are. They give you that tough love sometimes but in the end you realize it’s because they see what’s inside of you and want to help you flourish. And that’s what BTS does for army too and visa versa. I want to go to concerts as well. When BTS were in Wembley I was 30 mins away…😭😭😭 I did not know who BTS were then, not even Stray Kids…so…yeah… Yes, I have a 6 year old daughter. She is my everything, but it was very difficult at the beginning. Tank God it gets easier as they grow (a bit). 😂 I wish I had friends that i can share kpop too…this is why i started this. I adore Suchwita. I have watched every episodes. I even found the footballer facinating and I dont like football. That is the skill of Suga. I love how he treats women too. Especially IU. However the reason Suga started this he knew some of his members would find doing solo promotions difficult. This allowed them to get used to it. However I really would like to see Suga continuing Suchwita when he can.
Suga is an amazing talk show host. I’ll be honest, I was a little surprised, but it’s like he was made to do this (along with all the other stuff he does.)
I saw a reaction to this episode by a Korean American and he said that when V says that jazz music gives him encouragement, the actual Korean phase means 'consolation', rather than 'encouragement' and I thought that was really interesting.
I love this episode but at the same time you can see how difficult and hard is to be an idol, I think this industry isn’t good for people especially when a lot of Korean artists become idols in a very young age, it’s a society and industry that only wants money and don’t pay attention people. I hope all idols can have the opportunity to obtain their dream without losing their identity, honestly and the most important their life. I love how sweet and sincere is Taehyung talking about his bad moments, I hope his future life as a Korean artist will be only doing that he love and want, with the time that he needs and enjoying his work because if not, don’t have any sense to be an artist. I agree. I honestly think their pace will be MUCH different than before, and that’s a good thing. I think along with BTS work, they will take time to continue solo projects, and to just rest. I want them to have the life they want and the life that will make them happy. I don’t think the “owe” ARMY anything at this point. Whatever else they give us is just showering us with gifts. That’s how I look at it, anyways. 😊💜

36:59 😭😭😭 I relate a lot, in 2020 when I had my daughter I had exactly the same thoughts. I was so exhausted and in postpartum depression that the thought of dying was not scary at all. It was so hard to recover from that during pandemic 💜 but we made it. We survived!

I had depression my entire life, but never this severe…It’s so common, and learning more about that topic helped me so much and lead to my late adhd diagnosis in 2021. We have an Organisation in Germany called Schatten und Licht (Shadow and light) which is part of the Postpartum Support International network. They do such important work for women who go through postpartum mental illness, provide information and medical care, teach mid wifes and other people how to recognize depression and severe exhaustion and other issues.
That is amazing!!! I was not aware this happens. In Romania mental health is still taboo… which is crazy… so no one talked about it. I was not aware what was going on with me. Why was I like that. Why am ai suddenly wishing I was dead…I mean, I never wanted it like that before…then death seemed so sweet. It was crazy. I was lucky with my husband and my mum. They helped me a lot, and turkish movies. There is one that helped me so much. That movie gave me in a way something to look forward to.
Our Taehyungie is such a massive sweetheart. He has such a cool, confident, charismatic persona on stage a lot of the time but he also has a gentle, soft, shyness inside him as well. His duality is such an endearing aspect of him. And when he's paired up with Yoongi, it's such a loving duo and their friendship really does have so much warmth in it. Yoongi can never hide the fact that he has a big soft spot for Tae. I often thing of Tae has Yoongi's designated maknae in a similar way that I think of Jungkook as Jin's designated maknae and of Jimin as Hobi and Namjoon's designated maknae. Although they really all have their own bonds and friendships that are beautiful in different ways.
But if she only does one I hope it is the first one. We learned so much and they talked so much about the team. It was so sweet how much they adore each other.
I like that you talked about your post partum depression and the fact that you can be someone who always wanted to have a baby but at the same time so exhausted and depressed that you think "if I die I could rest". That's exactly what happened to me! I hope young women hear and read this and understand that they are not weird or abnormal!
No one told me this before having my daughter. Then I was so worried like,…what is happening to me? Why? Am I alone in this? Why no one else spoke about this? Then I saw how many women go through this and I understood that I am not alone. I will always speak about postpartum depression because I want all women to know before that this can happen, is normal, and ok, seek help, and be normalised. We feel that we always have to be happy to be mothers. The first negative feeling we have automatically makes us bad moms. No! It’s not like this. It’s normal to not be happy all the time and sometimes to struggle. 💜💜💜

I was not into kpop before BTS, I was drawn to the music, the talent, the quality of their performances but really kept me to stan them is that you truly feel how they love and value each other, sincerely. It is amazing to me how 7 people so unique and talented wth different personalities are in one group. Yes they have different preferences in music but the 6 others would be the greater and no. fans/supporters of each other. It is as V stated even if just one of them falls. all 7 of them stands up - they are a family!

I love that you enjoyed this so much. Taehyung's birthday is only 4 days before mine, so I feel a special closeness to him that I don't feel with the others. I can't say that he's my bias, though, because that tends to be whoever released new music most recently. I kind of cycle through all 7 of them as my bias. Tae is the type that will literally stop and smell the roses and I love him for that. He sees the beauty in the world that others miss or overlook and he tends to allow others to see the world through his eyes. He is a very unique and special person.
He has such a beautiful mind and heart. And yes sooo unique. Including his boxy smile that lights up the room. In games he’s always the out of box thinker. As for rm making them listen to all types of music. I just saw the mini series of them interviewing the team that manages trainees as well as some of the hybe idols and in rms clip they tell him how they actually implemented his way of having trainees listen to a curated playlist of songs and artists as part of their training. And tae really does listen to everything. His recent English collab w umi happened cuz he literally liked her music and slid into her DMs telling her so and they’re like let’s make a song lol. Love it. And course the part where he admits to thinking of having to get hurt to get a rest day broke my heart. And made me think of skz as they come up. Esp like han w his anxiety 🙁

The rappers have had such an amazing influence on the vocal line and that’s when you know who your true friends are. They give you that tough love sometimes but in the end you realize it’s because they see what’s inside of you and want to help you flourish. And that’s what BTS does for army too and visa versa. I adore Suchwita. I have watched every episodes. I even found the footballer facinating and I dont like football. That is the skill of Suga. I love how he treats women too. Especially IU. However the reason Suga started this he knew some of his members would find doing solo promotions difficult. This allowed them to get used to it. However I really would like to see Suga continuing Suchwita when he can.

I love this episode but at the same time you can see how difficult and hard is to be an idol, I think this industry isn’t good for people especially when a lot of Korean artists become idols in a very young age, it’s a society and industry that only wants money and don’t pay attention people. I agree. I honestly think their pace will be MUCH different than before, and that’s a good thing. I think along with BTS work, they will take time to continue solo projects, and to just rest. I want them to have the life they want and the life that will make them happy. I don’t think the “owe” ARMY anything at this point. Whatever else they give us is just showering us with gifts. En cuanto a la relación de Suga y Tae diría que hay muchas razones que los unen de manera especial. No solo se comprenden por haber atravesado momentos difíciles de salud mental en la que se apoyaron mutuamente pues no coincidieron en el mismo tiempo. Como Tae dijo, sus hermanos son las personas sin las que no podría vivir porque si uno cae hay otro que lo ayuda a levantarse. Suga y Tae además son de la misma ciudad por lo que tienen el mismo tipo de comunicación verbal, muchas veces cuando Tae habla su, llamemoslo, lenguaje de alien, es Suga con frecuencia el único que lo entiende. Es muy gracioso que sean opuestos como el día y la noche, Tae extrovertido, movido, muy expresivo con las palabras cariñosas y el contacto físico, mientras que Suga es introvertido, calmado ("tsundere"), inexpresivo con sus sentimientos aunque por dentro tenga la misma calidez y amor por sus hermanos que Tae. Por cierto, por causa de Tae el video de práctica de la canción "One Day" (escrita por Suga porque echaba de menos a sus hermanos mientras estuvo un día ingresado en el hospital para extirparle el apéndice) es el único video que se aprecian cortes en la grabación ... porque Taehyung-ie no para de reír, sufriendo un ataque de risa incontrolable!!!😅. 36:59 😭😭😭 I relate a lot, in 2020 when I had my daughter I had exactly the same thoughts. I was so exhausted and in postpartum depression that the thought of dying was not scary at all. It was so hard to recover from that during pandemic 💜 but we made it. We survived!

I had depression my entire life, but never this severe…It’s so common, and learning more about that topic helped me so much and lead to my late adhd diagnosis in 2021. We have an Organisation in Germany called Schatten und Licht (Shadow and light) which is part of the Postpartum Support International network. They do such important work for women who go through postpartum mental illness, provide information and medical care, teach mid wifes and other people how to recognize depression and severe exhaustion and other issues.
That is amazing!!! I was not aware this happens. In Romania mental health is still taboo… which is crazy… so no one talked about it. I was not aware what was going on with me. Why was I like that. Why am ai suddenly wishing I was dead…I mean, I never wanted it like that before…then death seemed so sweet. It was crazy. I was lucky with my husband and my mum. They helped me a lot, and turkish movies. There is one that helped me so much. That movie gave me in a way something to look forward to.

Our Taehyungie is such a massive sweetheart. He has such a cool, confident, charismatic persona on stage a lot of the time but he also has a gentle, soft, shyness inside him as well. His duality is such an endearing aspect of him. And when he's paired up with Yoongi, it's such a loving duo and their friendship really does have so much warmth in it. Yoongi can never hide the fact that he has a big soft spot for Tae. I often thing of Tae has Yoongi's designated maknae in a similar way that I think of Jungkook as Jin's designated maknae and of Jimin as Hobi and Namjoon's designated maknae. Although they really all have their own bonds and friendships that are beautiful in different ways.
