This isn't necessary. Just extract boot.img from whatever rom.zip you're using, flash that in recovery, reboot to recovery again and magisk should install. Yeh solution approach kia ha kia yeh thek ha ?

This ROM has Google Chrome and Camera Issues.. i'll suggest you to try HavocOS , lineage 17.1 or Bliss OS orm they are fully stable with no bugs and error.

No you can't, Only use FBE version of TWRP for flashing android 10+ roms

Havoc OS , Bliss OS , lineage OS these are some super stable roms with all of them working.
Dam the one video that's not a scam (did u use pixeldust CAF or the normal pixeldust?)
Caf varient but tbh it was quite laggy i suggest you to replace PixelDust w/ Pixel Experience rom, and follow rest of the video as it is.
