I would advise people to be careful getting up like you do. Unless you’re fit, a lot of people don’t have the flexibility to do a full squat, and then strength in their legs to raise up. I usually go on to one knee myself due to a hip issue, but if ya got knee issues that would not be good. Keep up great work! It is so important to find how you can get up and down and work on it. Some people completely loose the ability to get up off the floor as they age.

I'm so glad you posted this. Now that I'm 60 🥴, I've noticed my hips feel very "tight" and get stiff after sitting for any period of time or just when I'm walking. Keep saying I need to do some stretching but never knew how so thank you! Happy New Year 💖

I really appreciate this video! In the last 6 months my right hip especially has been bothering me. I have no broken bones or any diseases as far as I know. But often I experience an ache in my right hip. I think I will find these exercises very helpful. Thank you for thinking of us!

Have bad hips and very tight. Today is the first day doing this. Going to try to do it morning and night. Good wee program, and easy to get started. I'm 43 but my hip health is well over 50. I get down and up from the floor at least 20 times a day as part of my job, this video is a godsend thank you. I'm sharing with others in my profession.
I shattered my pelvis when I was 17 years old. I still have pretty good flexibility at 57, though I still do things like this to help with stiffness and pain.

Just did this hip mobility and I think it's going to really help my butt/hip muscles! Everyday I do a 30 plus minute video, a stretch and now I will add the hips. I have good mobility but I want way to keep it that way. Thanks for motivating me to continue. It's your positive talk and attitude that keep me coming back for my daily affirmations. I'm so worth it!
I have worked with physical therapist for years. I enjoy these exercises that can be done easily in your home or wherever...plus see her doing exercises with you...while listening to soothing music.

Thank you so much for this stretch. I have suffered from tight hips for the last few years. After doing this routine for the past two weeks, there is such a difference when I stand from sitting and I have almost no pain anymore. I now incorporate this daily…sometimes twice a day.

The bed is a good suggestion. She should share that idea because not everyone can get down to & up off floor, but should be doing the exercises.

I'd like to see strengthening exercises from a sitting on a chair or standing position. Strengthening neck, upper back, arms, hips, ankles.
