Maybe it's your driver problem, you should change the driver to best version or change your native resolution to lowest scaling i hope it can solve your problems 🙌🏻😃
I have mx350 I have solved the problem, the problem with these cards is they are thermal throttled if your laptop has good cooling download asus gpu tweak 2 and select gaming mode and apply this will increase the thermal threshold
