To climb, you don't need to use the grip or trigger buttons. Just place your paw on the wall and climb. If you are already doing this and it's not working, then I don't know what's wrong. I hope you get it sorted out. Good luck.

In the new update, there's a lever underneath the cupboard. Go into the kitchen between the sink and the island and you should see it. Pull the lever to open the glass door to the vegies. 👍
