45:20 Donath Landsteiner Antibody is IgG which which forms in paroxysmal cold anemia, in this question it's Cold Agglutinin Hemolysis so answer should be IgM 🤔

Mam, I've a question, in Cold hemolysis, the core temperature or the Shell temperature will fall? Core temperature always remains constant naa? 37 degree Celcius...then how the problem occurs?

Hereditary means we have inherited from our parents and acquired also means the same thing right ?
Acquired means we've git it from other means, not from genetics
Changes within ourselves due to environmental or any other external features
Hereditary is something we get from our parents, that is transfered via genes

@priyanka sachdev , mam where i can get the second part of haemolytic anemia ,
Maam IgM is said to be the most potent activator of complement thats why its called lytic /agglutinating antibody so why in CGD despite antibody is IgM type there is extra vascular hemolysis and not complement mediated intravascular hemolysis
