Mam aapne toh bataya hai ke Hba ka inhibitory effect hota hai Hbs par Harsha mohan mein toh batya hua hai ke Hba containing red cell readily participate in co polymerization with Hbs .....please explain it mam😢

mam if CQ prevents conversation of hemoglobin to heme, then how does the heme form and kills the plasmodium?????‼️‼️
Then if hb is enact or in Sickle Cell Trait with 60% normal hb the Plasmodium will be alive but in less quantity or less number but autoimmune and antibiotic drugs will do work of killing Plasmodium,
According to my study.
But don't rely on me but ask your resp. Teacher.
