There is a tight bag in black box contain the two cord but it tight fits in there 😂, inside box on the top and around so if you did look into it was very hard to spot

@@balloon3503 seriously? That’s horrible. I have my Bose (qc15 and qc35) for years and all I do is pay $10 for replacement ear pads every few years. Guess they are meant to be fully replaced every few years
