I love my Soundcore Q45s. 2 years of everyday wear & they are holding up better than my last pair of beats. I can’t wait to buy their next premium release when it drops… right after Dudes Headphones Refund Might Expire upload their review of course
I havnt tried the q45 but did have the q30 and the build quality was horrible. They seemed good quality out of the box but 6 months later they fell apart. They were used a lot (about 14 hrs per day) but they were never abused. They spent all day being worn as designed then placed on a headphone stand to charge at night. When I say that they fell apart, I mean it literally. The oval side pieces popped off and a LOT of the plastic band broke into tiny pieces. Others have had the same complaints in comments for the q30 and since the q45 resembles the q30 I am hesitant to try them until others can confirm the build quality can hold up to all day use. My family has owned 3 other Soundcore earbuds that we use daily and we all Love them, so it was dissapointing to see how badly their over ear headphones failed. Hopefully they fixed the quality for the q45 but just figured I would mention this experience.
@@onitramt77 i own q45 , it is my first headphone , it was also never abused , it fell apart same way you told tooo , i thought it was because i had a bigger head size made it to get crack on the sides and small pieces of plastics broke and came out of the hole , felt like better to put a little more on xm5 rather than spending this much and see it break into pieces in around 4 months .
Same here with Q30, I barely use daily for Teams and some casual music listening while working. The first points of failures are ear pads, head cushion and plastic hinges at the top next to the head cushion. Plastic parts on the sides and speaker cups are doing ok, despite they are already 3 years old. Generally all that fake leather is going to wear out at around 1-2 years max no matter the brand and the only option is to replace the ear pads using velvet, velour or some mesh material instead. For that top "leather" head band cushion there is material sleeves you can put on that part to cover it or try to diy repair it using again some velvet, velour or mesh material. Despite all of this inconvenience I still believe those Soundcore products, be it Q30, Q45, etc are still good value buy, you just have to be aware those flaws and be ready either to get something new past 1-2year mark or be ready for some major repairs. And to be clear this holds true for like 90% of similar products at this price point. You cannot expect high functionality + high quality = low price, this is not how capitalism works, sacrifices have to be made somewhere.
You two are so much fun to watch. Great humor and excellent descriptions, tests, and breakdowns. I own several of the pairs on your list and like them for different reasons. Keep up the good work!
Totally enjoyed the comparisons. I have the Tozo H2 and thoroughly enjoy the ANC and sound quality. Pretty comfy overall. Will compare with Edifier W700NB arriving tomorrow. Thx!!
@2507jasonpoon I got a chance to compare and ended up returning the W700b for several reasons based on my experience. 1) build was too creaky, 2) sound quality was not as clean as the Tozo, 3) Seemed like more hiss in the audio when using ANC and Transparency mode. The cushions were much softer on the W700 for sure, and must admit, feel like I may not have given them a fair shot. NC2 audio is best when Noise Cancel or Leisure mode is used on my experience. Things can vary based on our ears but hope this helps. Thx!!
Now this is purely from my experience. I just bought the Bose QC Ultra and imo the premium you pay(300€ more than the Soundcore Q45 I have) is definitely not worth it. I’m not an audiophile by any means, but that really saddened me. I might try the XM5s and if I don’t achieve a different result I will stick with my budget headphones
@arhamimran4999 the cushion on the headband and ear cups have torn quite a lot for me now but I suspect it is mainly because of the sweat and also the fact I had my headband stretched a lot. I do also use it nearly everyday and usually for more than half an hour at a time.
Both your top picks are fantastic. But I agree with Rohan, man. The 1MORE SonoFlow is STILL the best value hi-res wireless headphones in the market. If you get aggressive with that EQ and add a ton of treble, you'll get great sound that can rival the flagships (because it doesn't distort with EQ). 👌
Excellent review - in depth, ears in. A shame about the false claims on things like battery life. Some company's are more reliable. Also good to know how long get updates for. Sony and Apple have a great track record. I've had some earbuds that have never had an update and ones were the app is appalling (like with my Edifiers).
I wasn't a big fan of the Sonoflow. The main advantage is you can keep LDAC with multipoint, although you must always initiate the connection to the second device manually. I returned it when I got the Q45 and found them superior overall - clearer treble and wider soundstage, and the earcups don't creak or clunk as much. My main gripe is the cabin pressure issue which seems to affect the sound when I shake my head around - the bass increases and dips abruptly.
Just Grabbed a tozoHT2 with a coupon for $30. I'd definitely recommend those. Crisp deep Bass, long battery, solid Build, etc Hard to Beat really, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks guys!
I never understand why ANC is so important for wireless headphones. I still use the Sony WH-1000XM2 even on a plane, and it does it's work perfect. As soon as you put music on, you don't hear anything from the outside anymore. ok, if you use it for phonecalls it can be handy, but still. Quality of sound is the most important thing for me to buy a headphone.
The Sony wh-1000xm2 IS a wireless bluetooth ANC headphone, that’s why you don’t hear the jet noise when you use them. It has active noise cancellation, still one of the best on the market even though it’s a few years old.
@@viffer94 I know that ofcourse. But what bothers me more, is the fact that sound quality is not priority one for people buying a bluetooth headphone. At the time i bought my XM2, it was because i had a long flight to go and i know the noise is heavy inside an airplane. So for that i bought the XM2, but also the sound quality was exceptional at that time, and i've heard his younger brothers like the XM4 and 5, but i still like my XM2 better. But nowadays everything is important on wireless headphones but sound quality is not prior. And that is why you buy a headphone. For the music. Not for the ANC as number one. Using it outside on the road it is even more dangerous using ANC.

Poor audio quality, lots of hiss, no ambient mode, poor mics, no app. Now I would probably be more than satisfied using any of these alongside my Sony xm’s. Just purchased the Earfun Wave Pros for $60 and I’m blown away how much value you can get now. Good balanced audio quality, very good ANC with little white noise, a feature rich app and a nice hard case to boot. The only negative I can think of is the DSP is not available in wired mode which seriously degrades the sound quality but other than that it’s really only a step or two behind the class leaders which cost five to ten times as much. Hi, if i have an option to buy Brand new JBL tour one M2 at 160 euro and couple of months used XM5 at 180 Euro, which should i prefer.
What's important to you?
Hi,
Thankyou for reply, for me Sound and long-lasting build, ANC not that much.
Good. Now include QCY, Baseus, etc xD
😳
9:27 big gaslight here? You said the mics hold up well but i could not hear anything during the test. Unless you’re measuring something else, that was a blatant lie lol
Which one has the best mic?
Space 1 microphone is very good, same for Sony 720.
@@ericb3452 Thank you
GUYS PLEASE HELP ME.... FROM THIS LIST WHICH ONE IS BETTER FOR GYM??
@@vahidrezashakiba2492 soundcore space one
I lost my Sony Ch-720N in a fist fight with some stupid idiot 👽 now i am here looking for a replacement.
Popsicles...Tes, tes testic... it gets me all the time. I need to sanitise my brain.😂
Honestly, Kevin should have picked the 1MORE SonoFlow too.
Thank you!
Thanks!
Thanks guys nice job the Soundpeats are 50 bucks and probably won't go up much higher than that here in the US. I'd probably go for the earfuns I like the case and they're a good company to deal with at least for me. Thanks again much appreciated. 💯🙏🇺🇸
Cheers Mike!
He too
I almost thought they were gonna say 'test test testicle'
Very nice comparison, but you could have added sony wh-ch720 for reference. Where I live they are similarly priced to most of the offerings in this video except q45 which is much more expensive.
Bro which one will be the best soundcore q30 or ch720n
@@omtripathi7803 overall sound quality is better in sony. But noise cancelling and microphone is better in q30
Pop pop popsicles, ice ice icicles, test test testicles.

I kind of wish soundcore had over ear headphones that used Spatial Audio
Hey I'm actually on time 😂
Accidents do happen! 😀
@@DHRME 😂🤷♂️
Thank you
I sent the Tozzo back because they didn’t fit my ears
Were the Tozos too big or too small? I was debating on getting them being the price they are right now
@@BJPerryJr The Tozo fits perfectly on my head and is the most comfortable. But I also have the Wave Pro, which is more spacious.
ice ice icesicle, test test testing? :(
“Firebenders.” 😂bruh
disappointed you didnt say test test testicle
Pop pop popsicle
Ice ice icicle
Test test testic...
So many my God
Take the fkn ad off of the video screen guys. Put it where everyone else does, or pin it
What ad?
Let’s hear them say it.
in my opinion these are all a waste of money. I spent thousands on budget audio and every single one was trash. Cheap audio always sounds thin and hallow I don't care what anyone says. Save your money and buy something real. You can get the studio pro for $180
Nah bruhh.....I have 400 dollar headphone...they are only a tier above these 100 dollar headphones. Either go expensive or cheap. The in between is not worth it to me.
Beats Studio pro?
I've bought Bose, Sony, Beats. and Apple for myself, friends, and family. They look and sound amazing. With that said, they are ridiculously priced. I have over 30 pairs under $100.00. Some are on this list. I'm very pleased with their sound . Some are junk though. I have several in the $100-$200.00 range that I'm considering but I don't think I will ever pay more than that.
@JPSchulzy82 whats your best choices under $100?
@@RatchetRorschach I'm going to go with 1. Vokalen Hyper Pro. 2. EarFun Wave Pro. 3. Picun F6. 4. 1More SonoFlow and JLab Lux ANC. 5. Tozo HT2 and Soundcore Q20i. And dark horse 6. Behringer BH470NC and Monoprice BT-300ANC. No app support like the others but they look/feel great, come with a hard case (JLab, Tozo, and Soundcore - edit: these three do not), and support aptX.
Popsicle, icicle and test......😲🫣
