Hello IKEA, it has been very difficult to reach your customer service department over the last month now. Whenever my wife has free time to call IKEA, regardless of the time during the day, her calls keep getting dropped. We ordered a bunch of furniture 2 months ago and received them. Went to assemble the first bed, turns out it was missing a box. My wife was able to get a hold with Online order team and they said the missing box has been in back order, that he can't help us but the customer service department that deals with this could. We also ordered a sofa that came with damaged cushion. We haven't been able to get a hold of this department. What can we do? I can't seem to buy just the cushion for this sofa from the store but i can buy the missing piece from the store directly. I intend to stop by the store tomorrow to see if they can help us.
Hope they require clients to wear masks when they open again. Not only make employees wear them. The employees safety is important too. Lots of companies dont listen to their employee concerns.
Where is our stuff?? You have taken our money and not shipped the goods. Date came and went, no updates, not even answering your phone. Do not take our money if you cannot ship the goods.
