The neighbor didn't want us touching this property but the homeowner said please after we left a flyer on his door. A few days ago I posted a video of the front yard and you can find that below. This video is of the backyard and the grass was so tall you could barely see the house.

Years ago my Dad had mowing business as a side hustle and mowed 3 old cemeteries for the county. Anyways, one day him and I were mowing one and he decided to clean up an area towards the back and we found several headstones back there. One of them was a veteran who was not being recognized because no one knew he was back there. Needless to say the county thanked him for finding him and to this day he gets his proper recognition on Memorial Day and Veterans Day.
Great job! I wish you would wear a mask. What we do in our 30's,40's and 50's, we pay for in our 60's and 70's. 😄

So true, I'm 68 and feel things that happened in my teens and 20's when the body heals quickly, if I only knew then what I know now.....

@@jaedaeast768 curious if you can't wear a mask due to psychology or medical reasons, if medical, such as asthma or COPD , wouldn't the dust be worse than a mask? Seems to me that you might have a political/philosophical bias against masks from COVID restrictions, or maybe just a garden variety anarchist/narcissist/sociopath that doesn't care about the health and well being of fellow human beings.
@@jaedaeast768 I don't expect him to do what he doesn't want too. It was a suggestion. I am concerned about him in the future. If I would have known better when I was young, I would not have compromised lungs now. Did you not see the dust that was coming up.
It’s hard getting old. Thankfully someone like you comes along and generously makes the effort to bring some order back to what was obviously a beloved yard. I hope they can be out when it’s cooler and enjoy the cleaned up yard. Thank you Brian for being that guy to these people. Getting everything mowed, clipped and trimmed up is a win win for everyone. It makes the neighborhood safer, helps to limit or control garden pest, squatters and gives the property are more cared about look. Your hard work here really shows in the awesome reveal shots at the end.
If I was the neighbor I would be overjoyed with this man I like my yard to look good and for the other yards to be like mine I would probably be out there helping him

😮 that was a HUGE job! Fantastic 👏 work, that sidewalk I love those cobblestones look ones! Sadly so many of those Beautiful flowers had to be removed but that bush looked better cut back.

The homeowner doesn't care. At all. If he did, he would have taken 5 minutes to help move that old tree trunk. He was just happy someone ELSE was doing his work for him.
