Disney stated, around the same time they confirmed the Tarzan-Frozen connection, the ship in Little Mermaid is not the ship that sank from Frozen. Considering Little Mermaid appears to take place in a more tropical environment, where creole/cajun food would be prepared. What I do not understand is if Tarzan, who was living in Africa, and whose parents had survived the shipwreck, how did they get from the Scandinavian region down to Africa, on timbers? Africa makes sense for Tarzan as that time period coincides with England's interest in their southern neighbor. Unless the shipwreck put them in England, with no memories, and they then travelled to Africa via ship, and had another shipwreck. Not likely. Disney confirmed it because they wanted to. No logical reasoning behind it. Logistically does not make sense.
