damn what happened lol
Some idiot probably shocked himself and tried to sue. It's sad that every thing has to have as disclaimer. I feel when people try to sue others there should be a law in place that if you file and lose the plaintiff (person being sued) should be awarded half of what the other person tried to sue for. That would stop people from filing suits all the time. Problem is it's cheap to file and if the person being sued cant make it.. you win free money. Also you only need to win once to get paid so some people sue as much as they can hoping they might win one.
You are the man bro thank you for explaining your the best bro you explained really good. i love it bro I subbed and liked
I just don't understand one thing. When the capacitor is charged, why does the current only flow through the Threshold and not through trigger, in turn increasing the voltage of the negative side of comparator A?? and the same while the capacitor gets discharged also. Can someone please explain
Bro, your circuit works ... not like other 555timer circuits on internet and i tryed lot of them
It's been 8 months since you uploaded this. Please make another one!!!!!! No one else explains things as well as you do!!!
I started this a few weeks ago, but I'm all caught up now :(
It's so wonderful though
If you is interested in electronics the best results that I have ever had was by using the Gregs Electro Blog (just google it) definately the most helpful course that I've followed.
Tommy Verca Thanks man
I started watching this yesterday and it has already ended please continue making these!!!
So true.
This was an awesome series. I really wish the rest was completed, but even as is, it's been a great education. Hopefully nothing bad has happened to the creator. We need more people that can teach like this.
waiting eagerly for your next video. This was my first time trying to understand electronics and your playlist made it a hobby. Thank you and I do hope you keep doing videos like this
If you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it yourself.

I think CodeNMore explains very well.

I think you are so deep, you are already at the planet's core.
I can't remember the last time I wrote in a RUclips comments section. It's been literally years. But here I am all signed in and everything. Just want to ask you to keep posting these videos. They're great.
I signed in just to say that it's been 2 years since your comment and I was hoping that you'd post more comments in the future. Thanks!

Please, keep this channel going! I've always been interested for electronics but I had nobody that explained things like you did. You made me enter in this world and get fascinated with the amount of things we can do just by connecting wires and actually knowing what you are doing, and I know I don't speak only for myself when I say you're a great teacher and you should continue doing this videos. You don't get as many views as you should. In my opinion, you deserve being in some sord of Top Ten best channels, but, even not so viewed , you still made every single person that watched your series with a great understanding of the things you explained. Thank for everything, and pleeaaseee... Please upload more of the awesome content you make.
This is an older video, but it's one of the best explaining the 555 timer....well done.
However, and I want to be completely honest...as a beginner, this video, as well as most others....don't include real-world examples of an actual device, and what would be connected to each terminal, like the trigger, or the threshold, etc.
From a beginner's standpoint, most of us get the fact we can turn on or off anything at any frequency.
We would like a visual reference of a working device and how it would be tied to the 555 timer. This will help us understand how the high and low commands work, etc.
Hope I explained that correctly.
please keep it going man this is the most helpful series on youtube :)
I just discovered this series, and it has been fantastic in explaining the fundamentals so clearly - thank you! 47K subscribers and 347 comments on this video alone asking only for you to keep going. Please continue with this series, it is REALLY worth it!
DUDE, YOUR INTRO IS JUST MAKING ME FINISH THE SERIE IN THE SAME DAY! OMG YOU ARE THE BEST DUDE!
Amazing content and very well explained

gotta say that I learned more (or refreshed) from your 25 basic videos than I ever have. I especially like this one, as I have not been able to find a video or article that explains it so simply. keep it up.
Sad to see you gone dude! I feel like there is so much you taught me and there's a lot more to learn and your a great teacher. I'm not sure if there will be any more videos soon and more in depth about the science but I'll be waiting :(
Thanks. I watched 19 of these last night. This one is especially interesting to me as I am a Horologist and a Software engineer, and have already a couple of uses in mind for a future project. I wanted something we presented so that I could fill up missing knowledge gaps and this is beautifully prepared and presented. Thank you so much for this.
This is the clearest explanation of the NE555 that I've ever watched/listened to. Thank you so much! This will help me a lot in my future projects as an ece student. ^_^
One of the best 555 timer explanations in this mode I have watched. Really liked the detail of each component of it. The frequency equation was a nice addition too. Have been enjoying this whole series. Thanks for sharing!
What happened to him?when everything is getting exiting he dissapeared....I hope he is ok.
My son and i have really enjoyed going over these lessons! I ordered boards and parts to learn together and hoping to see the rest of this series uploaded to complete the 8-bit computer you have referred to! Many thanks for all you have taught so far! :-)
This is the best explanation I have seen so far on the internet of the 555 timer. Thank you!
Thanks, I just made my first circuit. Your explanation really made me to understand the basics of electronics. Thanks for your playlist and time that you spent.
Hey man! You need to continue this series. This has been by far the best electronics education channel I have seen yet. There are 20 thousand people waiting for your help. If you see this please respond and tell us if you are taking a break, working on the next one, or just quitting all together. Thanks!
I don't think i enjoyed my electronics class last sem but this series is getting me so hyped up into learning again
Wow, you are the best! You've answered a million questions i had about electronic components with simple explanations, compared to other channels who over complicate things trying to look smart. I've always said, that if you cannnot explain the thing simply, that means you you simply can't explain it, and thus, surely haven't understood it neither. But with you my freind, it's like magic. Thanks alot, and keep it up, we need you.
This series is awesome! Just binge watched the whole thing. Very informative.
Guy, you have explained me about comparators in a few minutes, better than all Wiki text. Thank you! You have a good ability of explaining about electronics, i believe not only. And triple timer either.
Just finished binge watching the whole series upto this video...
Excellent work!!!
I hope the upcoming videos would be uploaded real soon as 9 months have already passed and there is no sign of yours.. continuing this series...
Still.... would be waiting for it!!!😇

My life changed! Thank you!!! Please please keep making these videos!!!
Excellent way to show the 555 Timer. It is difficult to understand and this was one of the best.
Thank you! I enjoyed watching your 24 videos on the topic. Many times in this lifetime I've wanted to do some amateur electronics but I was lacking the basics and your series was really helpful for that. Just knowing how the breadboard works, how it is really not scary to work it with batteries instead of some power supply, figuring out the basics of Ohm's law, I'll remember that V=IR etc. I hope maybe one day you'll come back to this topic with a more advanced series, or theme based episodes etc. Also, I comment the fact that when you made some mistakes, you edited the stream to include overly with the correct information. I don't think it was necessary to downplay your skills or what not, you did a real good job here. It was enabling and insightful. There is no doubt in my mind that you succeeded at creating enthusiasm for the topic and that your provided relevant information and basics for beginners such as myself. I can lose interest very rapidly and the short format and your leveraging of overlays on images etc. as you explain was really useful. Thanks again !
When is your next electronics video going up?
