I bought Achtung! Cthulhu - D-Day: The Darkest Day I like it, but it´s expensive book for softcover it has about 200 pages and cost 49 € but The Serpent & The Sands is Hardcover has 280 Pages and cost 43€ ??? price point seems odd.
Yet again nothing for The Elder Scrolls Call To Arms, honestly the game feels like abandoned project now. And yes I know new rulebook version comes '' Soon™''. We could honestly get more love for the game. More 3D printed or buyable on demand terrain (so that you wouldn't have to stock it forever in case you made more than needed terrain), faster releases of minis, faster releases of chapter packs with repair packs included (which would fix some broken misprinted/wrongly printed card packs from previous chapters), more painting tutorials, some official gameplays from Modiphius would be nice too, been subscribed to your Twitch channel for who knows how long and it is always either about Star Trek or Fallout or Achtung Cthulhu. I understand it must all go through Bethesda accepting stuff since it's their product but still it would be nice to see some support for the game.
One thing I can definitely agree on is that how long it’s taken for chapter 4 card pack to come out (with constant delays… was meant to come out late 2023 and then early then mid 2024) with very little official communications is pretty lazy. The abundance of grammatical and oversight errors in rules and quest books are also pretty lazy. Communication team has been poor with very little official news on website and the revised rulebook process being a mess. Great game… just hope it gets more proper attention it deserves
Sure wish the D-Day book for Achtung! Cthulhu was hardcover or priced lower as a softcover, because I can’t justify paying more than the previous campaign books are priced at, and getting a softcover book. I just don’t understand this strategy. I hope your future books don’t follow this trend.
Nothing for Call To Arms? I hope you got some good stuff coming for next time!
