Go for alloy framed cycles it's really good. Kandippa sweat aagum . What i do is - Once i reach office i will remove my tshirt first , Wash my face , underarms, nech chest and mudhuku ku chumma watery hands la thechi kodupen . Morning kandippa bath pannitu tha cycle veetla irundhu edukkanum . After washing towel la dry pannitu konjom.water kudichtu i will remove my tracks and will wear a normal pant and shirt . So unga back pack la you need dress and towel including lunch box. Water bottle in cycle . And unga track and tshirt ah you cannot wash so edhachum kambila kaya podunga . But sun la veanda . Indoor fan ku keela is good . Evening same track and tshirt podanum . And the cycle which i use is schnell holts 9 . It costs around 25 k but guy's that cycle is silky smooth. While buying buy pump . Mobile holder Flipkart la vaangikonga . Rear light and front light and mirror is must. Choose panni naladha vaangunga . And cycle 3 months ku once service pannunga. On service check front suspension, gear tuning , rear wheel vibrations , breaks and cucle chain lubricant. Cycle edukum bodhu first hand la peddle panni paarunga if someone changed the gear while standing it will lead.to issues like chain cut and Crank damage. Chain cut aana ordinary cycle shop la fix panna mudiyaadhu . So do some checks.before riding. Day one and two will be hell after a two weeks you will feel heavenly. Weight 100 kgs varaikum they can use this cycle. Tyre la full ah pump panna tyre burst aayrum so make 80 percent . Light tyre press panna mudiyanum . Weight loss and economically its sensible to pick this . Mothly this will save me 3000 rupees easily. For year 36000 save pannalam . And in a year you will be very fit and stamina la semmaya build aagum . Before cyclingake sure that you moved your boday atleast one month. See if u ride a cycle, u will sweat for sure, it doesn’t depend on the cycle, it also depends on the climate type- humid/ dry. Take a MTB bike, choose the bike according to ur height and weight. I own a Schnell Marlowe (29) size MTB- 24 speed bike. I do daily 30 kms up/ down. This MTB will suit ur requirement. Initially saddle will be uncomfortable, use a cycling gel padded shorts and adjust the seat according to ur riding style. Prices depends on the brand of cycles, ranging from 8K, gear cycles r available, so fix ur budget and choose the material like steel, alloy or carbon frame. Also look for the good cassette, group set like Shimano. Need more info, let me know. It has a front shocks (preload adjustable and shocks can be locked if not needed)

Bro one more doubt I am from Dubai here one mountain road is there similar to ooty road with hair pin bends but roads will be broader and many cyclists will be using the road. From base to reach top it is 30 kms so if we need to round trip it will be 60 kms.

I've always been a Hercules Classic Roadster rider who rides 25+ kms daily. Got used to it for 20+ yrs. I knew that it's not a perfect fit for my height. Looking forward to get an MTB but quite confused if we can adjust the reach length to match my regular upright riding position which I've been comfortable in all these years in Roadster.
hello siva bro, glad to know about it. current generation cycles are adjustable. as you said mtb can be able to adjust according your torso and heights at the beginning it will be little uncomfortable but once you familiarize it will be good bro.

@@cricketnewstamil640 Covering 25kms will roughly take around 1hr 30mins. It depends on the route you choose, if it is inside a city with heavy traffic it may take longer. I'm telling my experience with Single Speed Classic Roadster cycle.
If you're using a hybrid or road bike you can cover 25kms much faster.
