I never substitute eggs. I am fortunate enough that I don't have any intolerant people in my household. I would leave it up to the experts to provide egg substitute ideas if you are a vegan or intolerant. A quick google search usually does the trick: www.pccmarkets.com/taste/2013-03/egg_substitutes/
