    Video is very helpful. Is it same simulation for industrial fans, because I cant observe any suction of air in the simulation?

      Yes, The Procedure is remains same, Some boundary conditions may change depends on the type of analysis (Results they r looking for), u can Clearly identify the suction Rate by the velocity different in the post processing Environment.

    Please explain abt how types of mesh ( sizing, muti zone, method mesh) can be used to obtain the structured mesh for calculation in cfd.

    Hi, I've a doubt in using time step size, I've propeller test data and 3d file of same propeller. To validate my test results do I need to do simulation in transient or steady state analysis.
    If transient Analysis is really needed how to use proper time step size.
    In ansys documentation they mentioned some formulas to find the time step size as (minimum cell size by flow velocity). Is this the formula, which means how to find the minimum cell size

      Time step size for one deg of rotation, dt = 60/(360*angular velocity in rpm)

      Are you doing mrf stuffs a lot? Would you like to get into contact, I have joined caterpillar lately and do a lot of forced air cooling and after treatment heat exchanger analysis. Would love to get in touch and share knowledge as I am new to this field.

      Yes I'm doing mrf analysis for Quadcopter, using transient state analysis, many of them uses minimum cell size and velocity to calculate time step size, which is the correct method to calculate time step size?

    If I follow this process , I don’t get the flow through the turbine, instead it bounce back in the inlet direction, any suggestions regarding that?
