I don't get why anybody would have a problem with his commenting unless they are jealous/idiots. Most people aren't knowledgeable enough about pool to intelligently do live commentary on a match.

I’m 66 yrs old. Been playing pool since 1972. I didn’t play competitively since 2010. Now, I’m back in it in spades! I still don’t wear glasses, and my shot making is as good as ever!

Say what you want about Joe Rogan but in my opinion, he’s a modern day Howard Cosell can pretty much announce any sport he does his homework. He’s articulate knowledgeable and smart. Much respect Joe Rogan man. We need him in the pool world doing more commentating. It’s not only is the educational, but you also bring a whole different crowd in perspective to the sport.
