LOL, good eye! I was looking through the camera when recording the video and did not see them at the time. I just looked again and don't know if I ate those things or not, there were around the eye of the fig and I bit the side and they were nowhere to be seen when I pulled the fruit away after the bite and now I'm curious...did they jump off or right into my mouth??? I have sometimes purposely eaten ants as payback!
Harvey, Do You find this variety difficult to root and keep alive after rooting? I have yet to get one to survive after roots have formed. Maybe I need to try the direct potting method and skip the pre rooting for this particular variety.
Nothing is like in ground here in jersey is really difficult to put them in ground so I use pots but they small really small compared to what you have in ground the trees are big really big
We sell cuttings in the winter time with our next sale expected to be in January 2022 at www.figaholics.com/cuttings.htm (prices and shopping cart buttons will appear at that time)
Harvey, you are the toughest SOG on this planet. You just ate about 18 ants and didn't even blink. 3:08 lol.
Keep up the good work.

Eat all of them 😢whats wrounge with you .😢fellow figaholic ❤
I must leave room for tasting many more varieties. Eating 60 figs puts too much potassium in my body and is bad for heart rhythm.
