Is it just me....or does it appear that the Russians gave this shootout to the Swedes? Look at the last three shots - Russia - directly into the goalie's belly, Sweden - Russian goalie doesn't make an effort to save, Russia - misses the net. Was there a seeding issue for medal rounds where it was more advantageous to lose? Or were they being good sports and letting the Swedes have this game on their home ice as it made no difference who won or lost?
Hey, I am the only player in the world to play both as a defender and as a malvakt in World Championship play. I have stopped a straffe by the Russians and also scored on a straffe....you have to try to put a ball into the goalie's stomach. These guys are professionals and should not miss like they did....I don't care what the pressure was.

It maybe looks sick, but it's freaking fun! I play bandy myself, and it's one of the best sports in the world in my opinion.
