On the first Patreon episode back from vacation, the crew shows their appreciation to the real fans, those who are on Patreon supporting them. Joe went on a tangent early on about how he is itching to speak about the things that have been going on in his miserable 2021 that he feels need to be said but left the mystery for later in the year. This brought out a lot of talks about Joe’s influence and how podcasting has grown thanks to him and his efforts.
They spoke about Ashanti fighting Irv Gotti for the rights to her masters which will more than likely not end up happening, meaning the singer will re-record her original record now at 40 years old. On the actual Patreon page, the crew would go on to speak about Girls Girls Girls by Jay-Z, which led to the comparison in Biggie’s Brooklyn’s Finest. This talk took them in an analytical frenzy when they realized that The What, with Method Man, is the only song in Biggie’s career where he ever got smoked on.
They would then appreciate and vibe out to various Canibus songs, followed by a thorough talk about who would win in a borough Verzuz between Brooklyn and Queens, of which only Parks had a solid chosen side in picking Queens. They then closed the pod out on speaking about the Stephanie Mills vs. Chaka Khan Verzuz and the Three Six Mafia x Bone Thugs Verzuz.
