- Hey guys!
The corona crisis is changing the world's everyday life drastically.
Apart from all the bad things happening, there's still a good side to it:
We decided to devote some of our now free time to recreate Porcupine Tree's beloved song "Trains" from the 2002 "In Abenstia" album as a detailed cover. We tried to listen to the original as closely as possible to find out what's happening throughout the song.
Thank you Steven Wilson, Colin Edwin, Richard Barbieri and Gavin Harrison for this wonderful piece of music.

Totalmente increíble ésta versión, debo admitir que al comienzo de la canción, pensé que estaban haciendo solo los sonidos, y que tenían puesta la pista con la voz de Steven.... Tienen mucha similitud las voces, pero más adelante se nota la diferencia. Aplausos de pie señores, no es fácil versionar a los grandes.
La segunda parte de la canción me impactó muchísimo, sobre todo el 4:16, que calidad. 👌

The great thing about this amazingly accurate rendition is that it really lets you see how complex and well crafted this masterpiece of a song is!

I was lucky enough to see Porcupine Tree last year in Manchester and they performed this beautiful tune.
I have to say, I've never heard, or seen such a brilliantly accurate and detailed cover of a song. Nice one lads 👍🏻

Wow... So this song (the original) literally just fell into my RUclips cue. I haven't listened to this song in YEARS, at least ten. I forgot its existence. Then one RUclips search and you popped up, only to find that you recorded this during the pandemic about a month ago. Guys, I won't fall over myself telling you how amazing and wonderful your cover is. Only that this song means so much to me. It's one of the most joyous, beautiful, wonderful songs I can think of next to Mahavishnu Orchestras song, Eternity's Breath Part 1 & 2. It's just so goddamned beautiful... Thank you. Sometimes I can't help but feel like there is something benevolent moving behind the scenes, behind the curtain of what we can see, and every now and then it pops out and says, "Here you go, I thought you might need this".
