Rampage + Saphirs + Overlord + Rapture + Echelon cloak + Raiment + Spectra + Salvation. I used to Ult into Saphirs, but the quick cooldown on Judgment is hard to beat. You could swap Saphirs, but it is nice having a huge health buff suddenly. If you are evasive enough, you could swap Salvation with Skysplitter.
