    I don’t know if there is something with this bike but whenever it stands gives a perfect picturesque view

    I’m currently saving for this bike, and I’ve recently read that they have some fuel relay and fuel pump issues. I’m just wondering what issues I should know about and start familiarizing myself with so it’ll be easy to manage. Thank you for any help and information

      Sorry mate other than the well documented relay thing (easy to swap the relays for higher quality ones I hear) I am not familiar with anything else of note. I only had this bike for a couple of weeks to test and really enjoyed it.

    I have a 2020 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 and I installed the RE touring seat, but it is still quite uncomfortable for this old guy for more than 30 minutes in the saddle. Young man's bike I reckon.

    So the furthest I’d probably ride if I got a GT is about a 2 hour ride mainly highway that’s about 109 miles, would you think I’d need to take a break during the ride on this style motorcycle?

    • @OnThrottle
      @OnThrottle  2 года назад +1

      That should be very manageable, especially with the touring seat. I did 8hrs each day on this ride. Plus depending on how much fuel you use you might be stopping to refill the bike anyway.

    Thanks for the information!
    How was the comfort with your legs over time? (might also help to mention your height in the answer if you don't mind)
    Thanks!

      No complaints. I’m 175cm (ish) so I’m not particularly tall. The need to fill the tank ensured I was getting a stretch every now and then also.

      I am 5'6 and today I did an 80km highway speed, got 24kmpl and enjoyed without pain just wrist little pain..

      Throwing some Imperial metrics- during the first bit of wear-in, I got around 65mpg, compared to the 72 of my XT250 and 55 of my Street Twin. Looking forwards to the other 900 miles of wear-in (one of my two major complaints about the bike is the wear-in mileage and restrictions, the other being the shifting, but think that'll resolve over time as well). A decent amount of vibration comes through the bars (worst of the three bikes, personally), but manageable. Kinda wish the tank came a bit lower, as my knees barely touch the tank (I'm 178cm), but the guard bars on the engine do a good enough job, and I haven't set myself on fire (yet).
