The over world part can be made automatic by using snow golems🤗
I did it and it's fully functional
Just add 4-5 snow golems where you are standing to kill the blazes
Or just add water
snow golems are necessary for wither skeletons

Instead you should make snow golem

I did everything correctly,but when I go to the overworld there's no blazes unless I enter the portal they go through, then I get massacred. I guess this is a two person farm.

Thank you! This is working for me! But the problem is, my other world portal spawned y-90+ and above sea XD it took me 5 hours to build the farm ; . ; Still it worth it cuz I got 25 rod in just 10 min AFK!

25 rods in 10 min is pretty bad, worse blaze farms give around 200 in 10 mins

Light levels dont stop spawners in the nether if u worry about dying to mobs you can spawnprof the fortress with any non solid block if yall want i can make a better version 😉
