This whole Buvna series was fantastic! Barney and Guvna are such characters, y'all wont be disappointed reacting to the whole series. My personal favorites are the episode/s with Woogie the producer and when they go to the Temple.

Over one the JOLLY channel, before this trip. Barney & Isaac brought in some West African dishes that their moms had cooked and introduced them to Josh and Ollie.

I recommend kalbi or bulgogi for your first korean bbq! Kalbi is bbq beef short ribs and bulgogi is thin cut beef both made in pretty much the same marinade but bulgogi is no bone & is easier to incorporate into fusion dishes like a quesadilla.
There are some recipes that just use sugar for the sweetener which is fine & can be more convenient but i recommend using fruit like pear instead for a more natural sweetener & it also helps tenderize the meat. Pear is technically the correct answer but Ive seen recipes using other fruits like kiwi, honey, etc or a combination of different sweeteners which also work great.

Barney and Guvna are the best. There is a video where Josh takes them to a Korean bar in London that is truly hilarious. And as someone else mentioned, the video where they share West African food with Josh and Ollie on the Jolly channel is great, too. Another great reaction.

Hey, I’ve been enjoying the recent reactions to Korean Englishmen about the high school series and now the rapper series. I’m a fan of Korean Englishmen and Jolie so I’ve seen everything. It will be fun to see you guys try Korean food and dishes. I’m not Korean but honestly I love Korean food and I make it often. ❤

Whenever I introduce Korean food to my non-korean friends, I always start with ddukbokki. It's a spicy rice cake street dish. I start with this because generally people have tried some Korean bbq and ramen already. But it's an easy dish to make. You just need to make a quick trip to your local Korean market for some key ingredients. But ti's a very versatile dish that's difficult to mess up. Also, there's a lot of room for creativity.

A king crab of that size costs about 150,000 won(110 USD) at a cheap restaurant. Koreans can't eat it every day, and it's only eaten on special occasions, but people who don't want to save money can eat it every day. The average wage in Korea is over 3,500,000 won(2,500 USD).

The episode with Barney Artist & Guvna B , that I always come back to, is when they first met & Josh & Ollie took them to a Korean BBQ restaurant in London . 😂😂😂😂 it still cracks me up . I would also reccomend an episode where they took a group of the younger pupils from FBS to a Korean 10 course meal . Their reactions to the raw meat dish was priceless 😮😂😂. Loving these reaction video's .

The first time Josh ate with Buvna he invited them to a Korean restaurant. At the time he had no idea Barneyartist was following them online . That was their first time eating raw beef 😂😂😂. It was a great meal 😋 👌

Forgot to mention when they took a bunch of the younger boys from FB school for a full 10 course Korean meal . The looks on their faces at the sight / thought of eating raw beef was priceless . 😂😂😂

I think one Korean dish you might be interested in and could possibly recreate is Budae Jjigae aka Army Stew. It originates from a time of poverty after the Korean War using food waste and goods smuggled from US military bases in Korea. It has since become a popular and mainstream dish and is considered soul food by most Koreans. Some ingredients include Kimchi, spam, sausages, ramen noodles and American cheese (and more) so I thought they would be easy for you to find. I think you’ll be able to find some recipes online :)

If you are looking to cook Korean, check out the RUclips videos from Maangchi! She is the Korean RUclips Auntie when it comes to showing how to make Korean dishes. She has several cookbooks now too which are excellent because they teach korean culture, ingredients, cookware and recipes. Her recipes are authentic and so so good! To start I’d check out her, Spicy Cucumber Salad, Bulgogi, Korean Fried Chicken and if you have a free day make a batch of fresh Kimchi.

Since you like spicy things, this is a great first recipe to try of hers that is quick, simple and very tasty. The only ingredient that isn’t common is the Korean Red Pepper powder but if you have an international supermarket nearby you can surely find it there.
