I’ve lived in Utah half of my adult life and it’s my favorite place to live. There’s so much to do and not to mention a quick 6 hour drive and you’re in Las Vegas and 12 hr drive you’re on the beach in California

Great video, i know its been a year but almost every state has house increasing. from Wyoming to Chicago etc its just the way of life now. Ppl say its cheaper in Mississppi, but thier payrate is really low.. so not really. every state has its cons, you just gotta find the right one that fits your lifestyle, income, career etc.
