In the first battle, you really just need to avoid damage and try to defeat him quickly. When Madara uses his Susano'o, do not approach him, simply avoid him or use the quick time events, he is often vulnerable afterwards.
In regards to the second battle, make sure to avoid Kurama when he is purple, as your attacks won't phase him and instead wait for a quick time opening or your shuriken. If you go past 85% of your health, it's unlikely you will get an S-Rank.
A good thing to note is your not invincible when picking up items and when you dash, in the second fight, you will keep running until you reach Kurama.
The quick time events are fast, so be ready.

Despite naruto and sasuke surpassing Hashirama and Madara,
I still believe that Hashirama and Madara were the strongest. They developed their skills without help from Hogoromo. Madara was able to perform sussano and control a tailed beast and Hashirama was able to perform large and massive Jutsus with ease.
Well yes and sasuke would lose against hashirama since wood style absorbs chakra

CyberConnect needs to patch that S Rank crap I doing the Hashirama vs Madara with the susano and I keep getting an A rank and I don't get hit and I finish it real quick
Did you read the description? It's not just about maintaining health and time really doesn't count for anything.
You also need to get all (missing 1 or 2 may be fine) of the stars from the quick time button pressing events, it will show a count at the end.
Performing a variety of attack initially also helps.
He wrote all of this in the description to avoid such questions.
After doing a 2nd round of this fight I got the s rank comfortably. It's roar pf the ten tails, six paths perfection, and violent goddess that gave me so much shit

This game is actually inconsistent if you think about it. The Shadow Shuriken Clone Jutsu was actually created by Hiruzen Sarutobi, who would be three/four when this fight happened.
@@Harshfellow Yeah, no. The Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique was created by Hiruzen. Hashirama only uses it in the game, which takes some liberties from the main series.

+الاء باجبع You need to get most of the starts from the quick time events, that when you press the buttons. If you don't press them quickly, then no stars. So even if you take no damage, you won't get the S without enough stars.
how can I get an S rank ? I'm doing everything I could possibly think of: completing all battle conditions and completing with the lowest amount of health
+Brandon The battle conditions don't count towards the S at all, here is what does: Your health should be at least 90% full and you need to get 4 stars on most of the quick time events.
Yes. 90% hp. But you need to hit *all* of QTEs. I only missed one spin and got 32/36 and it cost me S rank. I'm playing with keyboard and spins are damn near impossible to get right. Button mashing, on the other hand, is a lot easier though.
