there's a reason why you have over 1 million subscribers. you have the best overall program on youtube. the things you are doing demonstate athleticism and build an aethetic physique. i'm 70 and follow many of your recommendations.
This is one of the best videos on REAL fitness I’ve seen. I use rings and do some primal movements but I need to do some rope. I like the low impact, general well being and nourishing vibes of the rope flow. Thanks guys. Really appreciate your stuff!
This video is gold. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Your channel is one of the best fitness channels ever! What you show us is unmatched. Thank you! Keep it up.
Not only has discovering these techniques through your content over the last couple years helped me heal injuries and grow my Strength and skills, but you constantly keep providing more and more value and keep me stoked to continue my own journey to Mastery. Thank you thank you Strength Side.
Been following you for many years (I’m 25 now) and this video is by far one of your best. It’s crazy to see how similar we are in terms of both having interests in capoeira and calisthenics and how you’ve combined them into a program to keep us moving for life. Outside of rope flow, I’ve been trying to explore new forms of movement to add to my strength work especially as I’m currently in PT for my shoulder.
This might be my sign cause I have been straying away from the gym after injuries I’ve had and you mentioning how this could be some physically therapy like effect with this style of movement really got me interested I want to stay strong and mobile and I just don’t care for the gym I been gravitating toward more natural movement to stay in shape and heal injuries most importantly just want to feel good in my body and healthy n mobile as good as possible much love appreciate your work
@@markszablewski6619 At the end of the day movement is important I’ve had injuries get worse cause of failing to move and so just getting movement in is extremely important I finally can do a full squat again pretty pain free just that feels amazing and freeing
@LovingDeantheGodMachine333 good to hear, I feel like I want to start with weights again, but my brain always says, "I'm feeling great, let's load up the bar"..🤣
You got me into rope flow and I couldn't be more thankful. Also, 3:21 "the more pretty" really caught me off guard but definitely convinced me to try this 😂
Legend! I've been rocking kettlebell workouts for a couple of years but wanted to switch it up for a while in the new year. This couldn't have come at a better time.
I had to go outside and try some rope flow right when I saw this. Calisthenics and primal movement I do already, but rope flow is a new challenge. Thank you for sharing this ❤
As always, you guys have the best content! I still need to start rope flow (trying to figure out logistics since we have a ton of snow and I can’t do it inside because the rope would just hit the ceiling), but I got super interested after you featured Tim on here!
That's what I need help with as well -- I dislocated my right clavicle over 20 years ago and even though it's okay most of the time, it's never been the same.
Knees of toes lead me to your channel, now 3 years later my favourite workout is a 30 minute (10 min each): KOT Stretch, Animal Flow, HIIT Dumbbell. Easy to fit in after a full day at work. On the weekends I do a strength weight lifting workout.
I think its really cool to incorporate all these diverse movement concepts into s single program! Id love to see clubs or KBs worked in too. Thats where I struggle most with integrating movement practice is how to structure and program it all especially when already strength training that is taking one to the limits of their recovery. For me thats my dilemma is I love the strength training and i have a bunch of directed PT stuff I'm doing to work on some existing pains so I dont know where to find time to do this extra work let alone progress on them. Guess I'm just not ready to make the jump to make it my main thing
I was becoming very bored of the same exercises week after week, and feeling like they only make me rigid. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for, The free PDF link seems to just take my mobile device to your paid program list !
Hi. First of all Thank you for the video. On ground movement day, do you recommend rest between sets of animal movements? And on ring strength, how long do you recommend to rest between sets? Thanks
Is there a good video I can do for stretching I’ve been dealing with pain in the hip when I’m walking and I think my hip is too tight it only hurts around the medius
How long should my rope be for the rope practice? I feel like it may be too long right now but it may also be me just being a bit clumsy as I’m starting out
I train flexible martial arts weapons, and your rope routines are basically the same as many movements with whip chains or nunchuck. For anyone who excells at the rope routines, you might consider training some flexible weapons.
Wow, these are excellent workout moves, I’m sorry, but it really is ignorant with the ape to man images because there is no way that we are an evolution from apes or else there is something really wrong with every other species on earth. Genesis ch 1 The Book of Adam and Eve Cave of Treasures
Wish you guys at Strengthside could experience the full extent of raised spirits that you bring about across continents - well actually that would probably be way too overwhelming… Since I found your channel + a great physiotherapist last year, mind and muscle are much improved. You’ve got me trying super things like the ones in this video. & funny how we humans seem to need constant inspiration and reminders: thanks ever so much for your generous material! You manage to strike the rare, perfect balance between lighthearted and serious, and the occasional goofiness - love that. Also appreciate Josh’s musings. Hope you’re able to keep track of what’s important.

Same here, age and injuries derailed my days of lifting, now I'm just happy to learn to move more freely and use calisthenics to keep the body fit..

I don't think anyone regrets getting into the rope :)

hope you enjoy it!
Just got into rope flow. It's part of my warmup now for every gym session. Can do a dragon roll now. Saw your Collab with Tim. Great work

Rope Flow is really beautiful! I instantly resonated with it and started training it the day after x)

Merry Christmas!

The Way :)
Your movement is upper level - nice work!!
Very good explained. Thank you Strength Side.
I like your videos.
Greetings from Hamburg Germany
This does look fun and sustainable
The rope also packs and goes with me on vacation. Same with my jumprope (CrossRope)
Some of the rope movements are similar to double stick (sinawali) movements in Kali, like the double under and over.
Man I need to try this ❤ 😊😊
As always great content. Thanks . Happy Holidays.
Hi am in Ghana and I really enjoy ur videos.I think u have gotten the secret to longevity.

Something like ropes or animal movements are easy to build into warmups and off days. great idea on the kb's!

Well said

Maestro !!!
Please do a collaboration with The Stone Circle.
I think club swinging is the „better“ ropeflow. It is more scalable and has better carryover to shoulder mobility and strength
Brilliant
any thoughts on doing a kegel routine?
Is this program recommended for sedentary people? Thanks in advance
How long should my rope be for the rope practice?
I feel like it may be too long right now but it may also be me just being a bit clumsy as I’m starting out
Do you have any warm ups for these?
good stuff
I tried to use the link for the free movement mastery PDF but it doesn't have a link or anything on the page for the PDF. Please be advised
Did you try capoeira angola?
Don’t forget Glutes! They are key to Every muscle movement and over all body mechanics ~
1:55 - what shoe is this?
Movement please. Ty

The shoes at 1:44 are almost exactly what I have lol
Way of the rope discount code doesn't seem to work.
