Sure it not a Vermeer SC 252 ?
I have watched every video on the 252 and yours is the first one to show the internal filter. I am changing mine today and will clean mine if it has one.

Hi Matt, always nice to have a stump grinder. How does this one work? Are the sweeping motions done manually or does this unit have all motion hyd controlled?

Still working out the kinks on best techniques for using the grinder but it is in working condition now.
It is manual swing. Has the wiring for the auto sweep. Thanks for watching and commenting

It sweeps hydrolytic..each sweep is prompted by the operator
I rented one once and it seemed that power is taken away from the cutter wheel
I prefer the manual sweep over this type .
The.newwer ones are even worse

If you call Vermeer and give them the serial number they send a full set of manuals for free
