@@LivingLifeNorthIdaho Thankyou Brother! I'm in the Resteraunt industry. I'm Managing a Resteraunt in Priest lake, ive been up here for a week now, and I love it.
Con: Wages suck. Always have. Been here almost 50 years so I know. Lots of people can work remotely now but if you think you're coming here and "getting a job," you will be disappointed Con: The open space is almost gone. The Prairie will disappear soon in a sea of suburbs Con: You need 400k MIN to buy a house now Con: Roads are plugged. The houses go up faster than the roads Con: Too many realtors trying to make a fortune and selling out their fellow Idahoans Con: The City and County have never said "no" to a development Pro: You're close to Spokane for shopping We all can't live in Idaho, folks.
Thank you for your information on Post Falls. But it would be nice and truthful to reveal what the weather is like throughout the year. I realize each year can be a little different as far as how much snow or heat during the summer. If you can help with theses and I’m sure other questions, it would be helpful. Thank you Steve Ostendorf
What school did you attend? I’m seeing great reviews about Cornerstone Christian. My daughters are 5 and 7 yrs, and we are looking to relocate. I’m familiar with Sandpoint, Clark fork and Bonners ferry. I’d like to live in an area that is more suitable to raise a family (rather than be around so many tourists/retirees).
@Terice Brooks I was homeschooled up until high school then I went to CHS in Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls High. After that I went to North Idaho College. Honestly tourists are mostly in downtown Coeur d’Alene. There’s a ton of options all around the area that you’re more than likely not going to be around very many.
What are the tax rates for the income tax and sales tax? What are the taxes like for a vehicle? I'm looking at possibly retiring here. It would be really useful to see a video on comparing ID vs WA (or even MT) in terms of retiring - just a suggestion. Thanks for the video!
@Marin Wolff a very good idea indeed. ruclips.net/video/I7xMCX0eVBs/видео.html Sales tax in idaho is 6% and Washington it’s around 9%. Income tax is variable from 1.25% to around 6%. Let us know if we can help you get relocated.
Post Falls will be wall to wall houses. Green space is being annexed left and right and the prairie is going fast. If you want little to no infrastructure and wall to wall houses, then Post Falls will be your place within 10 years. Trying to find parking to get to the river is difficult, adding everyone coming across the border. I hate to say it, but Post Falls has gone down hill fast.
Sorry for getting political, but is this considered a conservative town? I'm interested in leaving my blue state to move somewhere with people that share my values.
thank you great video
Lived there and still live there♥️
A theatre turned into a church...my kind of town 👍💯
Just got a great job in northern Idaho. Moving in a few days to start my life over completely. God is good.
Congratulations! What line of work are you in?

That’s a beautiful area.

What about Summit Christian Academy if you're looking for a Christian school?
Nice work on the video! Makes me want to get a boat!
Great Video - very helpful

Great point, especially being city engineers are not properly planning as seen in North Dakota with the Oil Boom hitting.
Looking to move to that area this year. I will try to contact you soon. Thanks
Looking forward to it!
Please dont we are seriously overcrowded already
Like Washington, the housing prices are stupid high there now.
How’s the school system for the kids ?
@Robert Priddy Post Falls is officially the top school district in Idaho! So pretty good I’d say.
Great video Trent! Just a suggestion, your background music is a little to loud. Hard to hear you information.
Is that how you pronounce Q'emlin..?
Big con: there are no jobs there so you have to commute to CdA or Spokompton. I like to walk to work.
People there have bumper stickers that literally admit they will stalk people from out of town.
Many of the mean girls that I've worked with here in Idaho have been Post Falls girls.
@@analyticalchick3064 Not surprised. That’s around about where I saw this.
Wait...you said Northern Idaho. I thought it must be North Idaho. LOL

Hi, yes it is. Very red with good people that have traditional values.
