No drums. No bass guitar. No electric guitar. No keys. And yet you captured the power and energy of this remarkable tune none the less. Bravo! Just amazing!
I have seen jethro Tull 44 times. Your voice is fantastic. It's kind of like a combination of early Ian and 90s Ian. I mean you sound like Ian, and yet different, like yourself. You have a very unique voice. You are fantastic. I think Ian would be Startled at how good you sound. Just fantastic is all I can say.
Je suis fan de Jethro Tull depuis 1973, c'est la première fois que j'entends une version aussi parfaite, j'en ai les larmes aux yeux.Merci beaucoup, j'adore.
Andrew, I'm a big fan of early Tull and the songs you have chosen to do are excellent. You, my friend, are really, really good. Loved your acoustic version of " Inside ". Would love to see the chords you used for that cover. Probably my favorite Tull song. Loved all the other Tull songs too. I'll echo some of the other remarks.....phenomenal !!!
OH. - My God, here I am in the snowy North Country and This pops up while the white wind snaps, and the coffee brews. It is kind of early here for me to sing along ( I cant blame that on the dog) 😁
@@andrewtisbert106 Hi Andrew, I'll be 70 this year and I've been a fan of Jethro Tull since I was 15, I especially like the older stuff but I do believe they went downhill after Stormwatch, I still consider the Ian Anderson from those days to be an absolute genius player and songwriter, however listening to him singing now is truly heartbreaking, IMHO he should really have called it a day about 10 years ago at least. Maybe he could have concentrated his talents on working with an orchestra with Dee Palmer arranging, wow that would have been something! Love your singing, guitar and flute playing my friend, second to none. Keep them coming and my best wishes from the UK 🇬🇧 ......hey, maybe you'll get that call from Ian one day eh? 😉
Nice work Andy! Now let's get another East Coast AOL kick ass weekend going! Make it a fun vacation thing for the Band! I'm sure you could get the guys all together with Leo too! Yeah, we're all getting older, but we love to fuckin' rock out with Attic of Love, brother! There's too many fans here just waiting for an all out Jam Fest!
I was just wondering ...aloud , did you ever receive a message from Ian , to congratulate you on a job well , so very well done...hope he did ...you deserve it...big time!

This must have been good because it held my attention for the duration. Recordings are great, but live covers (well done) are somehow even better.
Amazing performance, congrats Andrew.

Excellent…I see so many renditions of JT by different people that I wonder what the original creators must feel .
Muy buen trabajo. Te felicito!!
I do some Jethro Tull covers myself. That was FANTASTIC! GREAT JOB!
Cool, I'll have to check it out

I've seen lots of Tull covers on RUclips, and none of them get Ian's guitar parts quite right. But you did!! Well done, sir!
Thanks!
Outstanding as usual!!

Amazing job! You should definitely team up with Martin Barre.
@@TheRisingFury that would be a dream gif

Great cover !
Aqualung would be just as good
.... but that guitar solo...
MY GOD - you could take Ian's place absolutely! As much as I like Ian, I really think he needs to retire, with his absolutely blown out vocal chords.
That's because the flute part is the original recording…
Excellent!
