Honoring 35 Years of Commitment to Construction Safety | ACSA 35th Anniversary Celebration

On November 9, we celebrate the Alberta Construction Safety Association’s (ACSA) 35th anniversary of serving Alberta's construction industry.
Over the past 35 years in Alberta's construction industry, the number of injuries and illnesses resulting in time away from work decreased by 30 per cent, from more than 5,800 to 4,100. These figures are even more impressive considering the growth in the industry. There are currently 40,000 more companies and 225,000 more workers working in Alberta's construction industry today than in 1988.
