They might only let u carry their kit at the start but after a few months start asking if you can do a set up. All this will be clear when you get going. Once I get to the root cause I try and talk to them or just show them I can do the job. Empathy at the start is key. If it’s just because they disrespect women then I leave them alone and just continue my work. If they start to have a negative impact on me or they are verbally abusive I will report them and have some strong worded conversations with them.

Hello.. what degree do you need?
where is a document controller?
What are the project values your involved as an engineer? What do you think of design managers?
Cobra UK I’m no longer in management as I prefer being a setting out engineer and now have my own company. But, whilst doing project management I looked after 2 1 million pound jobs. I don’t have much experience with design managers I’m afraid
How do you deal with the men who have a problem with women in a "male-dominant" industry?
M Staton it can be hard but I try and understand why they have a problem with it. Are they intimidated by us, is it just an old point of view because they perceive that we are not capable? Once I get to the root cause I try and talk to them or just show them I can do the job. Empathy at the start is key. If it’s just because they disrespect women then I leave them alone and just continue my work. If they start to have a negative impact on me or they are verbally abusive I will report them and have some strong worded conversations with them.
Hi how are you
Do construction work first in the field for at least 10 years - so you know what your talking about ! Us veteran construction workers are always teaching you college kids how to do your jobs !

i am making huge income since i started working with mr robert michael ,his payment strategies are top notch
amazing to see others who talk about mr robert, i am currently on my 5th years of work with him my potfolio has increased enormously.
this is not the first time i am hearing about mr robert michael and his exploit in engineering world, but i do not know ho to reach him.
i work with robert company too,he pays higher with less stress which is fair compare to other company i have been,
As a first time woker,i work in mr roberts company my potfolio is worth much more than now within just weeks of working with him.
experience is a bunch of mistakes.
yes it is
